In the bottom of the tenth inning, Morales was placed at second base as the Pace of Play Runner. Jeison Guzman then smashed a walk-off double to left field, scoring Morales and the Legends won 3-2.
Daniel James was awarded the victory for Lexington, tossing 2.0 shutout innings allowing one hit and striking out two.
The Legends and Intimidators meet for game two tomorrow, May 9 at 7:05pm for game two.
