Everett, WA - The AquaSox scattered 20 hits, scoring 10 runs, while hitting three home runs in the 10-3 victory Wednesday night against the Boise Hawks. The AquaSox have been red hot as of late, batting .386 and averaging 9.4 runs in the past five games.

The Hawks only lead of the game came in the second inning. Willie MacIver doubled off the center field wall to start the inning and two sacrifice flies later he would cross the plate, 1-0.
AquaSox starter Max Roberts had a short outing Wednesday night. After allowing the go-ahead run in the second inning, the left-hander put two Hawks runners on base in the third inning and Manager Jose Moreno decided to end Roberts' night there and brought on reliever Cody Brown.
The AquaSox jumped ahead in the third inning after they unleashed eight runs on Hawks starter, Jeffri Ocando. Jansiel Rivera launched his fifth home run of the year, a two-run go-ahead home run over the right center field fence. The runs kept on coming for the AquaSox as Cal Raleigh hit a line drive home run to the Home Run Porch in right field, scoring three more runs. Ryan Garcia then hit the third home run of the inning, bringing the run total to eight. When all was said and done, the AquaSox brought home eight total runs, the most of any single inning this season.
Everett backed up the spectacular third inning with a two-run fourth inning. Bobby Honeyman collected his third hit of the game while Raleigh, Josh Stowers and Garcia all logged their second hits of the night in the inning. Garcia's single brought home Honeyman. Connor Kopach walked with the bases loaded, bringing home Raleigh, 10-1.
Brown was an unsung hero for the AquaSox Wednesday night. The right-handed reliever pitched four scoreless innings before finally allowing two runs in the seventh inning. Cody Mobley replaced Brown and didn't allow the Hawks to score any more runs. The high-scoring game finally came to an end, 10-3 AquaSox.
The player of the night was undoubtedly Bobby Honeyman. Bobby ended the contest going 5-for-5 with three singles and two doubles. The Massapequa, New York native leads the team in batting average (.386) and hits (44). Over his last 10 games, Honeyman has hit .488. In his 12 games at Everett Memorial Stadium, he is hitting .409 with a 1.095 OPS.
