IronPigs and Cumulus Radio Announce Radio Partnership

Fox Sports Radio 1230 AM, 1320 AM, and 94.7 FM will carry every IronPigs game this season

Allentown, Pennsylvania (3 May 2021) – The Lehigh Valley IronPigs and Cumulus Radio have announced a partnership that will see IronPigs games broadcast on Fox Sports Radio 1230 AM, 1320 FM, and 94.7 FM as well as ironpigsbaseball.com during the 2021 season.

“Cumulus Radio has been an outstanding partner with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs for many years,” said IronPigs President and General Manager Kurt Landes. “IronPigs fans will enjoy listening to IronPigs baseball for another season on the premier sports station in the Lehigh Valley. It’ll be a bonus that not only will IronPigs games be heard on the AM dial, but a new FM dial as well.”

“We are very excited to bring IronPigs Baseball once again to the Lehigh Valley and to now be able to broadcast the games on our new FM signal on 94.7FM in Allentown,” said Fox Sports Radio Program Director Tom Fallon.

The new 94.7 FM dial will be a new way for IronPigs fans to listen to each game broadcast this season in conjunction with the traditional AM dials of 1230 and 1320. IronPigs fans who live throughout the entire Lehigh Valley will be able to listen to clear and clean signals during each game. Each IronPigs broadcast will begin 30 minutes prior to first pitch with a pregame show that will incorporate interviews and all the up-do-date information surrounding the IronPigs. The broadcast will conclude with a 15-minute post-game show that will recap each game and get fans prepared for the next game broadcast.

The IronPigs radio broadcasts begin on Tuesday, May 4 when the IronPigs will host the Rochester Red Wings at 7:05 p.m. at Coca-Cola Park.
