LHP Brock Selvidge (5.0 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 4 BB, 4 K) earned a no-decision in his third Double-A start and did not allow an earned run, while stranding six runners on base.
RHP Carlos Gomez (1.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K) earned his first win of the season by pitching through the sixth inning in a hitless outing.
Gomez has now begun his 2024 season with 7.2 scoreless innings over five appearances in which he has allowed only one hit, two walks and two hit batsmen with eight strikeouts.
RHP Jack Neely (1.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB) picked up his first hold of the season, after coming on in the seventh inning with the tying run at second base and working through the inning on one pitch.
Neely has now begun his season with 7.0 scoreless innings over five appearances with only three hits and four walks allowed, to go along with 10 strikeouts.

CF Spencer Jones (3-for-4, RBI, 3 R, HR, K, 2 SB) led off the game with his first home run of the 2024 season.
The homer marked Somerset’s second first inning leadoff home run of the season, after Ben Rice accomplished the feat on Opening Day (April 5 vs. RIC).
Jones collected multiple hits for the second straight day and picked up his first three-hit game of the season.
He tied his career-high of three runs scored for the fourth time in his career and second time this season (April 13 @NH).
After picking up his first stolen base of the season on Saturday, Jones stole two more bases during the game on Sunday.
SS Alexander Vargas (2-for-3, 2 RBI, 2 R) picked up his second straight two-hit game, including his first two Double-A RBIs during the 7th inning.
