Josh Fuentes Named PCL All-Star Game MVP
After his stellar performance in the 2018 Triple-A All-Star Game, Albuquerque Isotopes third baseman Josh Fuentes was named the Pacific Coast League's Most Valuable Player for the game.

Fuentes, 25, finished the contest 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI. Both of Fuentes' hits came in the second inning when the PCL lineup batted around against International League pitching, leading to a 12-7 victory for the PCL.
Fuentes' 115 hits, 10 triples and 179 total bases currently lead the PCL. The Calif. native is tied for second in games played (86), fourth in RBI (64) and 10th in batting average (.328).
Fuentes is the second Isotope to receive an All-Star Game MVP award with Valentino Pascucci taking home the award in 2007 after going 1-for-4 with a home run in front of his hometown fans at Isotopes Park.
