It was the second two homerun game of Littlewood's seven year pro career but the first time he had homered from both sides of the plate in the same contest. The five RBIs matched Littlewood's career high, the fourth time he has achieved that feat and second in 2017.
But it would not be enough as the Hooks offense was potent throughout the night. Corpus Christi registered at least one hit in each of the first seven innings and had at least one runner in scoring position in all but one of those frames. Ramon Laureano singled home a run in the sixth cutting the Trav lead to one.
