Michael Mader (L, 3-3) made his third consecutive start for the Braves on Friday night and struggled early, before settling in during the middle innings. Mader gave up a two-out, two-run double to Tanner English in the second inning and Chattanooga (17-23, 53-56) went ahead 2-0.
The newest Chattanooga Lookout, Luke Raley, acquired by Minnesota in the Brian Dozier deal with the Dodgers hit his 18th homer of the season in the third inning. Brent Rooker walked prior, so the two-run homer pushed their advantage to 4-0. Chris Paul followed with a single and Jaylin Davis doubled him in to make it 5-0.
Didder got the M-Braves (21-20, 50-61) on the scoreboard in the top of the fifth inning with a two-out single to left scoring Daniel Lockhart all the way from first base. Didder reached base safely three times on Friday night and has reached in 21 of 23 games with the M-Braves.

Chattanooga scored their final run in the seventh inning against Burrows on an RBI single by Jaylin Davis. The run was the first allowed by the former Alabama Crimson Tide in five games.
