Wichita is a place with many scenic views. Whether observing the Keeper of the Plains, or the vibrate developments in Old Town, it is hard to walk around this city without taking in the views. Two individuals have taken it upon themselves to showcase the fantastic visuals the city has to offer, and are truly advocates of all things Wichita. Meet Landon and Candace Husling. Both grew up in the ICT, and left for a while; but, now are back to help people envision what this great city has to offer. They promote everything happening now and are hopeful for the exciting possibilities of the future. 2001 for Landon. Candace and I moved away to Corpus Christi, TX and moved back in 2016
What do you do? Namely, what is something people recognize you for?
Wichita Life highlights interesting people, creatives, events, and businesses in the Wichita area.
What distinguishes the ICT from mostly any other place in the country?
The people and the city pride. Wichita has some of the nicest people around and there is a growing pride in Wichita. Look around and I bet you see the Wichita flag flying.
What are you most excited for in the next 5-10 years in the 316?
We are really excited to continue to see downtown and by the river develop. There are already so many great businesses popping up and it's going to improve the city as a whole.
What's your main goal when running your social media accounts? What's your purpose?
We want to give people in Wichita a platform where they can get their talent, events, and anything else they want to promote to the masses.

Riverfest Medallion hunt - or Riverfest as a whole. Open Streets ICT is really cool too.
What's one thing you want people to understand about Wichita and it's people?
It's not just a wheat field. It's a great place to live with a lot to do if you actually get out and explore. Just walk down town or by the river and tell me you can't find something to do.
If you plan one theme night at the ballpark in 2020, what would that be and why?
Doggy day out (not sure if that's possible) - dogs are awesome.. Celebrity theme? Survivor theme? Christmas in July?
What do you want your followers to know about you?
We want to hear your stories! We love Wichita and we want to help everyone see how awesome it is. Also, we love dogs.
