Toledo (13-11) scored the game-winning run in the 10th when Alex Presley was beaned with the bases loaded.
The Indians (8-16) failed to hold separate two-run leads en route to their 10th home defeat of the season. The two teams traded two runs apiece in the third inning, with Wood's two-out triple leveling the score. Prior to Wood's three-bagger, Presley, JaCoby Jones and John Hicks each doubled to give the visitors a two-run advantage.
