Gatewood started the scoring in the fourth. The first baseman launched the second pitch of his at bat over the centerfield wall, his league-leading 14th home run of the season, to put Biloxi up 1-0.

Chattanooga broke through in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Biloxi's offense had an immediate response in the eighth. Hiura walked and went first-to-third on a single by Gatewood, who took second on the throw. Erceg bounced a single through the right side off LHP
Hiura gave the Shuckers an insurance run in the ninth, catapulting a one-out opposite-field homer to right, his second with the Shuckers, to make it 4-2. The Brewers' number one prospect has hit safely in his last six games, and has hit safely in 18 of 19 starts with the Shuckers.
