The LumberKings (20-28) raced out of the gate to claim an early two run lead in the bottom of the first inning.
Webb (1-4) allowed most of his runs to score in the bottom of the second when the LumberKings rallied for four runs.
The LumberKings continued to add on, scoring three runs in the fourth, and single runs in the sixth and eighth innings.
The offense was more than enough for LumberKings starter Brandon Miller. The righty shutout the Timber Rattlers over his first four innings before finally surrendering two runs in the fifth inning.
Miller struck out eight to set a new professional career high for strikeouts. His six innings of work were enough to earn him his sixth win of the season, most by a LumberKings pitcher this year.

The LumberKings will now hit the road for a three-game road trip and series with the Beloit Snappers. Right-handed pitcher Ronal Dominguez (0-2, 3.53) will take the ball for Clinton and face Beloit's left-handed pitcher
