Pigs Use Extras To Extend Winning Streak

The switch-pitcher however found himself in a bind in the bottom of the 10th inning and saw his scoreless innings streak and the Pigs winning streak fading.
After loading the bases, Venditte forced Murphy to ground into an inning-ending double play to erase the Red Wings threat and push Venditte's scoreless innings streak to 21 innings and picked up his third win of the season.
