While in Somerset, Otto held a 6-3 record and was tied for the lead in all of minor league baseball with 103 strikeouts. This season, he has five starts with ten strikeouts or more including a pair of 14 strikeout performances.

He was named Northeast League Pitcher of the Week twice this season for the weeks of May 4th to the 9th and June 28th to July 4th.
Outfielder Brandon Lockridge will be joining the Patriots from the Hudson Valley Renegades. The 2018 fifth round draft pick appeared in 32 games with Hudson Valley batting .256 with three home runs and 22 RBI this season.
