North Little Rock, AR-An early four-run lead did not hold up as the Arkansas Travelers were beaten 6-4 in 10 innings by the Frisco RoughRiders on Thursday night. The defeat marked the first series loss of the season for the Travs. After Frisco tied it by scoring four times in the middle innings, Arkansas had chances late but left the go-ahead or winning run in scoring position three different times. The Travs finished the game just 1-15 with runners in scoring position. Frisco was just 1-14 with runners in scoring position.
Moments That Mattered
* Donnie Walton crushed a three-run homer to put the Travs up by four in the third inning. It was his third homer of the year.
* Frisco took the lead in the 10th when LeDarious Clark raced home on a passed ball. They added another run with two out when Michael De Leon slapped one by the third baseman for his fourth hit of the night.
