For his second straight start, Roberson (1-2) received not a single run of support and was hung with the loss. Over his six innings of work he allowed one unearned run on three hits - all singles - while walking and striking out seven.
Clinton failed to get more than one runner on in the same inning and only once put a runner in scoring position.
In total, LumberKings batters went down 13 times by way of the strikeout.
The loss brings to an end a seven-game road trip for Clinton in which they went 5-2 - both losses coming in shutout fashion.
