El Paso Chihuahuas, Triple-A:
A hitter-friendly park in downtown El Paso, Southwest University Park features not one, but two large brick seating structures in right field. At the ground floor of the one in right-center, fans are part of the action and can walk right past the visitors' bullpen. The Big Dog House in right is topped by a sprawling penthouse suite, and on the ground floor, fans can find a restaurant and the team shop. Read more »

Must-high-five mascot

Fort Wayne TinCaps, High-A:
There aren't too many Minor League mascots who are human, so it's especially rare for a ballpark character to be based on a real person. But at Parkview Field, you can meet Johnny TinCap, a nod to former Fort Wayne resident Johnny Appleseed. Johnny enjoys dancing, representing Fort Wayne baseball and Arbor Day. Read more »

Lake Elsinore Storm, Single-A:
Located 75 miles north of Petco Park, The Diamond sits on the eastern foothills of the Santa Ana Mountain Range. Although the immediate outfield fence is treelined, the foothills are tall and close enough to peak over in right field. And the majestic views continue in left with the Temescal Mountains. San Antonio Missions, Double-A:
We had a good one for this, but we forgot it. ... Oh, yeah, the Alamo! Sprinkle some history into your baseball trip and check out the Spanish mission that became the location of the most pivotal battle in the Texas Revolution.
