Shorebirds and Valvoline Instant Oil Change Collect over 200 Books for Local Little Free Libraries! 

Books were donated during 2023 Shorebirds Season as part of the Tuesday Birds’ Merch Book Exchange Program

During the 2023 season, The Delmarva Shorebirds and Valvoline Instant Oil Change collected books for children to be donated to local Little Free Libraries through the Wicomico County Rotary Club. Every Tuesday night, fans who brought two new books to the Flock Shop received a coupon for $5 off any

During the 2023 season, The Delmarva Shorebirds and Valvoline Instant Oil Change collected books for children to be donated to local Little Free Libraries through the Wicomico County Rotary Club.

Every Tuesday night, fans who brought two new books to the Flock Shop received a coupon for $5 off any order over $15 on Shorebirds merchandise and a 20% off coupon to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. This season, the Shorebirds & Valvoline Instant Oil Change collected over 200 books to donate to local Little Free Libraries across the Eastern Shore.

"The Shorebirds are proud to partner with Valvoline Instant Oil Change to continue to promote literacy in our community" said Shorebirds Director of Marketing Ben Vigliarolo. "We appreciate all the contributions that fans made throughout the 2023 season and we are proud to support the Wicomico Rotary Club Little Free Libraries initiative."

Residents will be able to start picking up these books in Little Free Libraries in the local community soon.
