MOBILE, Ala. (July 19, 2017) - The Mobile BayBears, the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, fell 12-1 to the Chattanooga Lookouts in the series opener Wednesday night at Hank Aaron Stadium.
The BayBears (42-52 overall, 12-13 second half) plated a run in the bottom of the sixth inning to cut Chattanooga's lead to 4-1.
However, Chattanooga (62-34, 20-6) hit six home runs in the game, including three in a seven-run eighth inning, to put the game out of reach.
