MOBILE, Ala. (May 28, 2017) - The Mobile BayBears, the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, exploded for six runs in the fifth inning and defeated the Birmingham Barons 9-4 in the series finale Sunday afternoon at Hank Aaron Stadium.
With the game tied 2-2 in the bottom of the fifth, the BayBears (23-27) sent 12 batters to the plate and scored six runs on four hits.
