The Tennessee Smokies beat the Chattanooga Lookouts 4-0 to take their third straight game of the series on Saturday night.
The Smokies (30-20) scored first in the first inning on a Luis Verdugo double. They added one in the fourth on an Ezequiel Pagan triple.
The Lookouts (14-36) bats were held in check all night. Trey Supak (2-0) started the game for Tennessee and worked five scoreless innings. Chris Kachmar, Blake Weiman and Frankie Scalzo Jr. pitched the final four innings scoreless. Kevin Abel (0-1) started and took the loss for the Lookouts.
The two teams will meet for the series finale on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET.
