LANCASTER, Calif. - The power surge continued for Taylor Snyder on Tuesday as the JetHawks beat the Lake Elsinore Storm, 10-5, at The Hangar. Snyder hit a grand slam in the first inning, giving him a home run in four consecutive games.

Lancaster (18-15, 52-49) jumped in front thanks to a big first inning. Lake Elsinore (17-16, 52-49) scored in the top of the first inning, but the JetHawks plated six runs in their first at-bat. Ryan Vilade tied the game with an RBI single, but it was Taylor Snyder who came through with the big hit.
Snyder hit a grand slam against Lake Elsinore's Reiss Knehr (3-3), putting the JetHawks in front for good. It was the third grand slam of the season for the JetHawks, and the first at home. Snyder has 12 home runs on the season, including one in each of the team's last four games.
Matt Hearn capped off the rally with an RBI double, his second hit of the inning. Lancaster sent 11 men to the plate in the first inning, scoring six runs on six hits.
