Sounds Maul Cubs at First Tennessee Park

Tocci helped start the scoring immediately in the bottom of the first inning when he led off the home half of the inning with a base hit to left-center.
Iowa evened the game at 1-1 in the top of the third in what would be the only damage Jurado would allow.
The Sounds quickly went back on top in the bottom of the third when Tocci walked and later came around to score on Santana's RBI single.
Jurado got some help from catcher
d'Arnaud's two-run blast to deep left field happened after Santana started the home half of the fifth with a base hit. Moments later, White's triple into the right field corner plated Trevino to extend Nashville's lead to 7-1.
