South Bend Cubs announce upcoming game/promotion schedule

SOUTH BEND, Indiana - The South Bend Cubs have announced their next homestand. This series of games includes Stu's Birthday Bash, where the first 500 fans through the gates will receive a free birthday cupcake. 
All homestand games take place at Four Winds Field, 501 W. South Street, South Bend. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling the Box Office at 574-235-9988.
Friday, April 27, Great Lakes Loons, 7:35 p.m.

• Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

• Reading Club Day: The South Bend Cubs welcome participants of Stu and Swoop's Reading Program to Four Winds Field

• Fantastic Friday Fireworks: Begin immediately following the game

Saturday, April 28, Great Lakes Loons, 7:05 p.m.

• Gates open at 5 p.m.

• Reading Club Day: The South Bend Cubs welcome participants of Stu and Swoop's Reading Program to Four Winds Field

• Flat Screen Saturday: Every inning, one fan in attendance will win a 50-inch flat screen TV

Sunday, April 29, Great Lakes Loons, 2:05 p.m.

• Gates open at noon

• Reading Club Day: The South Bend Cubs welcome participants of Stu and Swoop's Reading Program to Four Winds Field

• Birthday Cupcakes Giveaway: The first 500 fans through the gates will receive a free cupcake to celebrate Stu's birthday

• Stu's Birthday Bash: Come celebrate Stu's birthday. Kids can attend a private birthday party with Stu for a special package rate. Call the Box Office for details

• Sundae FUNday: Play catch on the field before the game and meet your favorite South Bend Cubs player during the post-game autograph session

As a reminder, the gates open two hours prior to the first pitch for all Friday, Saturday and Sunday games throughout the season. The 1st Source Bank Performance Center will be open during home games for all ticket holders.
About the South Bend Cubs
The South Bend Cubs are the Class A minor league affiliate of the World Series Champion Chicago Cubs. Over the past 30 seasons, the team has won five Midwest League titles, most recently in 2005, and has captured 12 division titles.
