SOUTH BEND, Indiana - The South Bend Cubs have announced their next homestand. This series of games includes the next Bark at the Park, the first Education Day of the season (first pitch at 10:35 a.m.), and a Mother's Day celebration, where all moms have a chance to win a 50-inch flat screen TV.
All homestand games take place at Four Winds Field, 501 W. South Street, South Bend. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling the Box Office at 574-235-9988.
Monday, May 7, Burlington Bees, 7:05 p.m.
-Gates open at 6 p.m.
-Bark at the Park: Bring your furry friends to Four Winds Field for a fun night of baseball. The first 750 fans through the gates will receive a free dog bag dispenser
-Poster Monday: The first 500 fans through the gates will receive a collectable South Bend Cubs poster
-Belly Buster Monday: All-you-can-eat hot dogs, peanuts and popcorn with the purchase of an $8 wristband. (Offer must be purchased with game ticket.)
Tuesday, May 8, Burlington Bees, 7:05 p.m.
-Gates open at 6 p.m.
-Two Dollar Tuesday: This week $2 small fries and $2 Fun Zone wristbands
Wednesday, May 9, Burlington Bees, 10:35 a.m.
-Gates open at 9:30 a.m.
-Education Day: A special field trip day for select area schools. Plus, all kids 12 and under receive a coupon for a free DQ Mini Blizzard
-Silver Slugger's Day: Seniors ages 55 and older can purchase a discounted ticket to the game. Plus, special health screenings every week
Thursday, May 10, Clinton LumberKings, 7:05 p.m.
-Gates open at 6 p.m.
-Thirsty Thursday: Enjoy $2 domestic 16-ounce draft beer and regular 22-ounce fountain sodas all game long
-Craft Beer Night: Fans 21 and older can purchase a special Craft Beer Night ticket package that includes a game ticket, food, collectible South Bend Cubs beer stein, and sample over 60 different craft beers from around the region
-Lee Smith Appearance: A special appearance Chicago Cubs legend and All-Star Lee Smith. Call the Box Office for details on the VIP ticket package

-Reading Club Day: The South Bend Cubs welcome participants of Stu and Swoop's Reading Program to Four Winds Field
-Fantastic Fireworks: Begin immediately following the game

-Gates open at 5 p.m.
-Flat Screen Saturday: Every inning, one fan in attendance will win a 50-inch flat screen TV
-Mother's Day Celebration: All moms in attendance will have a chance to win a 50-inch flat screen TV through the first 4-innings of the game. The first 500 moms through the gates will receive a carnation.
-Reading Club Day: The South Bend Cubs welcome participants of Stu and Swoop's Reading Program to Four Winds Field
As a reminder, the gates open two hours prior to the first pitch for all Friday, Saturday and Sunday games throughout the season. The 1st Source Bank Performance Center will be open during home games for all ticket holders.
About the South Bend Cubs
The South Bend Cubs are the Class A minor league affiliate of the World Series Champion Chicago Cubs. Over the past 30 seasons, the team has won five Midwest League titles, most recently in 2005, and has captured 12 division titles. In 2015 the team was named Ballpark Digest's Team of the Year and received the John H. Johnson President's Award, the highest award in minor league baseball. In June 2017, Four Winds Field, home of the South Bend Cubs, was voted Best Class A ballpark in the country by Ballpark Digest.
