Lowell powered up to retake the lead in the third. After Marrero started the inning with a single, Campana lifted a two-run homerun over the leftfield wall to give the Spinners a 3-1 lead. It was Campana's first homerun of the season.

However, Lowell put the game away by adding three more runs in the ninth. With a runner at second and one out, Marrero drove in his third run of the game with an RBI single to left. After a walk and strikeout put runners at first and second with two away, Northcut roped a triple to right to score both runners and give the Spinners the final margin.

Hudson Valley had six hits to Lowell's 11. Nobody had more than one base-knock for the Renegades. The Spinners were paced by Marrero who overcame the early error to go 3-5 with three RBI and two runs scored. Cubillan finished 3-4 with a triple and two runs, while Northcut went 2-5 on the night with a triple and three RBI.
The Renegades now hit the road to begin a three-game series tomorrow in Burlington, VT against the Vermont Lake Monsters. First-pitch is scheduled for 7:05. Right-hander
