Sweet 16: Aces Uniforms Edition

1. Remo Sriracha: Spawned from comedian Ryan O’Flanagan’s viral “Overly Excited Tourist in Reno” video, the Reno Aces rebranded as the Remo Srirachas on September 18, 2021. The Sriracha bottle inspired uniform received acclaim from Minor League Baseball and won MILB’s 2021 Golden Bobblehead Award for Best Theme Night Collection or Specialty Jersey.

2. 2013 Championship Gold: Fresh off a Triple-A National Championship in 2012, the Aces donned the Championship Gold uniforms for the 2013 season. Draped in gold, the uniform added swagger and a clean look that fans loved.

3. 2022 BLC Edition: The Aces recently unveiled a new set of uniforms for the 2022 season. The 2022 BLC Edition features the classic “Reno” script across the chest and the “BLC” logo across the sleeve. The BLC cap is a perfect pairing for this uniform that will be worn at all Sunday games this season.

4. 2010 Reno Aces Pinstripes: One of the most classic features in baseball uniforms, the Aces donned the pinstripes in 2010 and after 12 years, fans are still talking about them. The Aces certainly earned their pinstripes with these uniforms.

5. 2022 Home Secondary: One of the new features of the 2022 Reno Aces Uniforms is the “R” spade chest patch. The classic “A” hat completes this new uniform set and will be worn every Saturday this season.

6. 2012 Reno Ghost Riders: During a “What could have been” theme night, the Aces rebranded as the Reno Ghost Riders in 2012 to pay homage to one of the teams that Reno was deciding on for a team name. The black and silver color scheme was well received by Aces fans.

7. 2019 Star Wars: Long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, the Aces used the force to don special Star Wars inspired uniforms. The Aces destroyed the Death Star with the futuristic jerseys that were auctioned off postgame to benefit the Reno community.

8. 2019 Los Corazones de Reno: The Reno Aces took the field as Los Corazones de Reno as part of the “Copa de la Diversión” initiative created by Minor League Baseball. With the rebrand, we paired the love of our community and within the Latino culture with fire for passion, chili peppers representative of the connection between food and family, and a baseball, the key object in a game of passion that brings people together. The uniforms have been donned every season since the initial unveiling in 2019.

9. 2022 Home Primary: White home jerseys will never go out of style. With the classic “Aces” across the chest, the Aces will don these uniforms every Tuesday through Friday this season.

10. 2021 Margaritaville: Parrot Heads unite! The Aces channeled their inner Jimmy Buffett with Margaritaville uniforms that gave off major island vibes.

11. 2018 Harry Potter: Inspired by Gryffindor’s quidditch uniforms, the Aces channeled their inner wizard with these magical uniforms.

12. 2022 Road Primary: The Aces will don a new road primary uniform with a navy-blue jersey and an “R” spade chest patch with grey pants. Up top, the players will don the “R” spade cap with a red brim. The team will wear these uniforms based on the road opponent.

13. 2019 90’s Night: The Aces traveled back in time to the 1990’s where Hanson was topping the charts and flannels were the peak fad. The “Aces “across the chest was designed with the same format from “Friends” to give off the ultimate 90’s vibe that was all that and a bag of chips. The uniforms were even featured on ESPN SportsCenter’s “Minor League Promotion of the Week.”

14. 2022 Road Secondary: The 2022 road secondary is a perfect blend of the BLC design with the road design. The red jersey with “Reno” across the chest paired with the “R” spade cap and red brim will be a crowd pleaser. The team will wear these road uniforms based on the road opponent.

15. 2018 Reno Centennial: The Aces unveiled their Centennial uniforms in 2018 and paid homage to the city with a design of Reno’s skyline and gold pinstripes on the sleeves.

16. 2021 70’s night: The Aces went back in time with 1970’s inspired uniforms. The “Reno” across the chest was modeled after the second Reno Arch. The jersey also features the Reno skyline to complete the uniform.
