Tacoma will open the season at home on Tuesday, April 5 against their West Division rival the Salt Lake Bees (game times to be finalized/announced at a later date).

As in 2021, next season’s 144-game Triple-A West schedule will be comprised of primarily six-game series, and the Rainiers will host 72 regular season games at Cheney Stadium. In 2022, the Rainiers will also be playing at home over Memorial Day Weekend (May 24-29 vs. Las Vegas Aviators), and will again host Salt Lake in their traditional Independence Day Eve game on Sunday, July 3, which will of course include a spectacular post-game fireworks show.

Affiliates of the Los Angeles Angels, Houston Astros, Arizona Diamondbacks, Oakland Athletics, Texas Rangers, San Francisco Giants, San Diego Padres and Colorado Rockies will also travel to Tacoma next season, facing off with future Mariners. Seven different Rainiers have made their MLB debut with Seattle in 2021.

The longest Rainiers homestand of the summer will be from August 9-21, 12 games against Las Vegas and the Albuquerque Isotopes. Tacoma will also play at home over Labor Day weekend, against the Sacramento River Cats (August 30-September 4), and will finish the regular season at home against the Round Rock Express, September 19-21.
