September 4, 2016: The Rattlers won 6–2 at Beloit to clinch a playoff spot. Trey Supak allowed a run on three hits over six innings while Luis Aviles and Monte Harrison each had two RBI for Wisconsin on the final Sunday of the regular season.

2006:The Rattlers won 7–6 in ten innings at Clinton in the final game of the regular season. Curt Ledbetter had a two-run double in the top of the eighth to put Wisconsin up 6–3, but the LumberKings came back with three runs in the bottom of the eighth to tie the game. Chris Minaker put the Rattlers in front with an RBI single in the top of the tenth. Wisconsin finished with a 54–86 record.

2001: The Rattlers beat Quad City 3–1 at home in Game One of the first-round playoff series. Clint Nageotte (7.1IP, 11K), Pat Barnes (.1IP, K), and Aaron Taylor (1.1IP, 4K) combined for SIXTEEN strikeouts and allowed just three hits as the Wisconsin pitchers. Shin-Soo Choo, Joe Rodriguez, and John Castellano had the RBI for Wisconsin. The River Bandits had tied the game 1–1 with a run in the top of the fourth and had runners on the corners with one out. Kevin West flew out to right and Choo threw out the runner at the plate for the final out to keep the game tied. Rodriguez put Wisconsin ahead with an RBI single in the bottom of the fourth.

1999: The Rattlers beat Rockford 10–9 in thirteen innings at home. Juan Silvestre’s RBI, walkoff single in the bottom of the thirteenth gave Wisconsin the win. Wisconsin had a 6–2 lead after seven innings, but the Reds tied the game with four runs in the top of the eighth. The Rattlers went back in front with a pair of runs in the bottom of the eighth. HOWEVER, Rockford took a 9–8 lead with three runs in the top of the ninth. Wisconsin tied the game with a run in the bottom of the ninth. Silvestre had four hits and Craig Kuzmic drove in three runs. Randy Stegall drove in four runs for the Reds. Justin Dunning pitched four scoreless inning in relief for Wisconsin to pick up the win.

1996: The Rattlers beat Peoria 3–1 at home in Game Two of the first-round playoff series to force a Game Three on September 5. Kevin Gryboski allowed one run on six hits over 7–2/3 innings pitched for the win. Scott Smith homered for Wisconsin as the Rattlers scored two runs off Cliff Politte in his six innings of work.
