SPOKANE, Wash.– Will Ethridge pitched seven strong innings and Spokane rallied for five runs in the seventh as the Indians defeated the Hops, 7-3, in front of 2,852 fans at Avista Stadium for Storybook Princess & Fireworks Night presented by KXLY 4 News Now and KEY 101. TOP PERFORMERS -

SPOKANE, Wash.– Will Ethridge pitched seven strong innings and Spokane rallied for five runs in the seventh as the Indians defeated the Hops, 7-3, in front of 2,852 fans at Avista Stadium for Storybook Princess & Fireworks Night presented by KXLY 4 News Now and KEY 101.

TOP PERFORMERS

  • Ethridge's seven innings matched a career-high. The big right-hander has allowed just four runs in 14 innings (2.57 ERA) at Avista Stadium this season.
  • Zac Veen finished 3-for-5 and scored three times. Colorado's top prospect has eight hits over his last four games to raise his average to a season-high .267.
  • Centerfielder Bladimir Restituyo tallied a season-high three RBI in the win. His .357 average ranks among the top 10 in the Northwest League.

AROUND THE NORTHWEST LEAGUE

  • Everett defeated Tri-City, 4-3.
  • Vancouver took both ends of a doubleheader against Eugene, 4-1 and 9-6.
