Ticketmaster is the official ticket vendor for all Norfolk Tides events. Please buy tickets here at NorfolkTides.com or Ticketmaster.com when purchasing your tickets online. Tickets can also be purchased at the Harbor Park box office.

Children under two years old do not require a ticket to attend Tides games at Harbor Park as long as they don't occupy their own seat. Children two years old and older need game tickets for admission. Any stroller or carrier that occupies a seat or the area of a seat will require a ticket.

Harbor Park has Accessible Seating in Row Y of sections 200-223 as well as sections 121 and 123. In these sections, there are seats that rotate to accommodate as well as spaces next to them for fans. Row X is also an option for fans with movement difficulties as it only requires a few steps up/down from the walkway of the main concourse. In order to accommodate all fans needing accessible seating, we kindly ask that only fans in need of accessible seating occupy seats in Row Y. Additional party members should purchase seats in Row X of the same section to remain close to their party.

Unfortunately, if you did not purchase your tickets directly from NorfolkTides.com where your purchase is recorded in our ticketing system, there is no way we can confirm your tickets or access the tickets in question. We also cannot ‘lookup’ any ticket purchase from a confirmation code from any third-party site. If you have any difficulty with tickets purchased from a third-party vendor, you will have to contact their customer service directly. We strongly encourage fans to purchase tickets directly from NorfolkTides.com as that is the only way we can 100% guarantee the authenticity of your ticket purchase (it’s also where you get the absolute best prices!). And watch out, as many third-party ticket websites spend money to appear above our official ticketing website on google searches.

Row X in Sections 200 to 215 are located under the ballpark's upper deck. Please note, these seats do not guarantee that you will be completely protected from the effects of inclement weather or sun.

The city of Norfolk charges $6.00 per vehicle for home games at Harbor Park. The city of Norfolk reserves the right to raise the price at any time. More Parking Information Here

For any game that is officially postponed, you will be able to exchange your tickets at the Harbor Park box office for a ticket with the same admission price to any future non-restricted regular season home game that season. Please understand that the Tides are unable to give any cash refunds.

If you purchased tickets as part of a group (group tickets, patios, picnics, suites, and birthday packages), hold onto your tickets and return them to your group leader. The Tides will personally contact the group leaders to inform them that the game has been postponed. The Tides will then work with the group leaders to reschedule each group's event. Group leaders will be required to exchange their tickets from the postponed date, so it is extremely important for you to hold onto your tickets. Again, the Tides are unable to give any cash refunds.

For $8.00, you can upgrade your seat to the Tides Landing down the right field line, an area that features a series half-circle tables, each with four mounted 360°swivel seats. Each seat features a full seat back made with breathable, durable mesh, to ensure exceptional comfort. The Tides Landing is located down the right field line, giving you a fantastic view of the game and a chance to catch a foul ball. (based on availability)

Will Call is located on the side of the Home Plate box office. Please provide your ID when picking up tickets.

Each unused season ticket from a past game during that particular season can be exchanged at the Harbor Park Box Office for a reserved seat (based on availability) for any non-restricted home game that season. That same ticket can be upgraded to a box seat, if available, for an additional fee. Unused past-date tickets must be exchanged online by submitting a request.
