What type of payments does Harbor Park accept?

Harbor Park accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards and most debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also have a Cash-to-Tides Card exchange located in the Main Lobby, without any service fees.

Is it free to use the Cash-to-Tides Card exchange?

Yes! You will not be charged a fee to transfer your cash to a card.

How much cash can I load onto a Tides Card at the Cash-to-Tides Card exchange? Is there a minimum amount required?

You may load up to $100 onto one Tides Card at a time. The minimum amount is $10 and cards will be loaded in $10 increments.

Can I reload the payment card at a Cash-to-Card kiosk?

Yes, but you will need to bring the Tides Card to the Main Lobby Cash-to-Card exchange. A Tides representative will assist you in reloading your Tides Card.

How can I check the balance on my Tides card?

You can check the balance on your card at the Main Lobby or by calling our office at 757-622-2222.

Do I need to enter any personal information at the Cash-to-Tides Card exchange?

No, you will not be asked to enter any personal information to load cash onto a Tides Card.

What if I don’t have enough money on the card to cover my purchase?

Don’t worry, you will not be charged any penalties or fees if you attempt to make a purchase that exceeds the funds on your card. You will need to provide another form of payment to complete the transaction or visit the Cash-to-Tides Card exchange located in the Main Lobby to load additional money onto your Tides Card.

What if I still have funds on my card when I leave the ballpark?

Not to worry, your Tides Card can be used for any game during the 2025 season, so you will already be set for a great experience the next time you visit Harbor Park.

What happens if I lose my Tides Card?

Hold onto your Tides Card and keep it in a safe place. Your Tides Card is non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
