The 18-game plan offers a limited exchange policy for unused tickets; any past-date tickets may be swapped for the best available reserved seats at any Sunday-Thursday regular-season game that season (date restrictions may apply). Tickets can be upgraded to limited box seats for $1 each. Unused past-date tickets must be exchanged online by submitting a request.

Accounts with an 18-game plan are eligible for other perks including the annual season ticket holder appreciation party and a group tickets discount; however please note that many season ticket holder perks (early entry, seat decals, certain season ticket holder events, prize drawings, etc.) will NOT apply to the 18-game plan.
