Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is ADA accessible. Guests may enter the ballpark at any of the gates. Accessible seating is available and may be purchased at the Ticket Office or by phone at 405-218-1000. Elevators are available for guests in Terrace or Club Level seating or Entertainment Suites.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to persons under the age of 21. Limit two drinks per person per purchase. No one is allowed to carry more than two alcoholic beverages at one time. The OKC Baseball Club and Professional Sports Catering reserve the right to use precautionary limits at any time.
Alcohol sales conclude with the first pitch of the eighth inning.
There is one MidFirst Bank ATM in Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, located inside the Johnny Bench Gate behind home plate and Section 110.
There is no designated autograph period or location. Autographs are at the sole discretion of the players.
Baby Changing Tables are located in all restrooms in the ballpark. There are family restrooms located on the Third Base Concourse, Club Level, Center Field Picnic Area and Terrace.
UPDATED POLICY Bags brought into Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark must meet the following style and size recommendations:
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. An approved logo no larger than 4 inches by 4 inches may be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
• One-gallon clear, plastic re-sealable bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 7 inches by 9 inches in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the clear plastic bags.
• Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items about proper inspection.

No bottles, cans, food or beverage containers may be brought into the ballpark with the exception of clear, empty water bottles and items necessary for health reasons and for babies.
If you are interested in participating in an on-field skit during an OKC Baseball game, please find a member of the Blue Crüe and they will do their best to fit you into a skit during the game. Participation in skits is on a first come, first served basis and some skits have age restrictions.

Buttons are available at the Customer Service Booth located at Section 113 for fans that are celebrating their birthday or are attending their first game!
Still cameras are welcome in the ballpark, but tripods are not allowed except for credentialed media. Videotaping and reproduction are strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Oklahoma City Comets.
Camera bags are not permitted into the ballpark; however cameras may be brought into the ballpark in bags that align with the updated clear bag policy found here and here.

Professional Sports Catering is the food service provider for the Oklahoma City Comets. Concession stands are located on the main concourse level behind Sections 103, 108, 112, 117 and 120. Additionally, there is a terrace concession at Section 2020. Portable stands are also located throughout the main concourse level.
Guests displaying the following conduct will be subject to removal from the ballpark:
a. interfering with other guests' game experience and ability to enjoy the game or event
b. wearing obscene or indecent clothing
c. appearing impaired or intoxicated
d. being an interference of the game or going on to the field (could also be subject to arrest)
The Customer Service Booth is located on the main concourse behind Section 113.

The OKC Comets dugout is located on the third base side of the field. The visiting dugout is located along the first base line.
Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is equipped with two elevators located behind Sections 113-114 on the main concourse and behind Sections 105-106 on the main concourse.
The EMS Office is located on the first base side of the stadium behind Section 113.
For your convenience, there are three entrance gates to Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. These gates will open one hour prior to game time.
• The Mickey Mantle Gate is located on the west side of the ballpark behind thrid base.
• The Johnny Bench Gate is located on the southwest corder of the ballpark behind home plate.
• The Warren Spahn Gate is located on the southeast corner of the ballpark near right field.
Guests are asked to exit the stadium through the designated exits on the concourse level. There are four main exits located in right field, at first base, home plate and third base. During the game, fans are permitted to leave Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and return provided they present their ticket upon exit and have it scanned out. In the event of an emergency, there are several gates along the first base side of the concourse that will be opened for easy exit.
There are family restrooms available for your convenience behind Sections 100, 109 and 200, as well as in the picnic area beyond center field. The Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club also has a family restroom located in the third base lobby.
The Oklahoma City Comets are committed to creating a family-friendly and welcoming environment at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark for all patrons. Fans will be notified before and during the game through public service announcements (“PAs”) on the main video board that summarize the Fan Code of Conduct, the penalties for violation, and how to report prohibited behavior. Use of derogatory language by a fan toward a player, umpire, staff, or their family members will be documented and reported to the Commissioner’s Office via email.
Fan Code of Conduct
To provide a welcoming experience for all, the Oklahoma City Comets have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all fans are prohibited from:
- Trespassing onto playing field at any time;
- Interfering with baseballs in play;
- Throwing or tossing objects of any kind;
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language/gestures;
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Fans who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Fans are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member, the Customer Service Booth behind section 113, or by texting (405) 218-2121.
Reporting An Incident
Any game-day staff member who witnesses or receives a report of prohibited fan behavior by a fan must report the incident to dispatch immediately. This can be done by contacting your immediate supervisor, notifying a nearby security staff member, or by texting (405) 218-2121 and giving a detailed description of the fan(s) in question, their behavior, and their location.

Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising fro such causes.
The ballpark gates open one hour prior to game time.

The Oklahoma City Comets have implemented a variety of health and safety measures to ensure that Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is a safe venue for events. This includes but is not limited to:
• If guests are not feeling well, they are asked to not attend a game or event at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
• Guests are encouraged to wear a face covering, over their nose and mouth, to protect themselves and others at all times, except when actively eating or drinking.
• The Oklahoma City Comets will ensure a rhythm of cleaning and sanitize above a regular schedule. This includes the cleaning of all flat surfaces, including but not limited to concessions counters, drink rails, door handles, and restroom sinks and counters.
• Increased hand sanitizer stations on all levels of the ballpark, including both public areas and employee offices.
• Depending on regular duties, many staff members will be required to wear protective gloves in accordance with the most recent guidelines from health authorities.
• Any staff member that is not feeling well will not be allowed into the ballpark.
During games, guests may inquire about lost and found items at the Customer Service Booth behind Section 113. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, guests should fill out the form below. Items will be held for one (1) month before being discarded or donated. The OKC Comets are not responsible for items left or lost in the ballpark.
In the event a guest becomes separated from his or her child, please report to the nearest Oklahoma City Comets Customer Service Representative or at the Customer Service Booth behind Section 113. All Oklahoma City Comets personnel and Oklahoma City Police Officers will be notified. Once the child is found, they will be taken to the Customer Service Booth.

The Official OKC Comets Team Store is located behind Section 102 near the Mickey Mantle Gate. Team Store kiosks are also available for you to shop at on the concourse.
The OKC Comets offers a special military gift. To obtain this gift, you must purchase tickets at the OKC Comets Ticket Office and present a valid Military ID.

The Oklahoma City Comets welcome fans to use any of our family restrooms throughout the stadium for any nursing needs. There is also a nursing station located on the Third Floor Suite Level. To gain access to the room, enter the third floor from the third base side of the field.

Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before and during games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from teh ballpark and be subject to arrest.
Guests visiting Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark have several options for parking. For easy access to the ballpark, the Oklahoma City Comets' Joe Carter Lot is available on game days (based on availability) and other non-baseball events. The Joe Carter Lot is located at the corner of Reno Ave. and Joe Carter Ave. It is on the east side of the ballpark.
The peddling or vending of merchandise or printed materials at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark or surrounding grounds is not allowed. The Oklahoma City Comets must grant written permission for these activities.
Pets are not permitted inside Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Service Dogs (i.e. guide dogs for persons with disabilities) are permitted in the ballpark.
The OKC Comets have several available locations for group picnics. Interested groups can contact the OKC Comets Group Sales Department at 405-218-2000.

OKC Baseball games can be heard on 1340AM "The Game" with play-by-play from OKC Comets Director of Broadcasting and Communications Alex Freedman. Games can also be heard online via www.okccomets.com or through the iHeart Radio mobile app available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The OKC Comets reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue use of these devices.
If an official game is not played (that being 4.5 innings if the Oklahoma City Comets are leading or 5 innings if the game is tied or if the visiting team is leading), the ticket may be used as a rain check. The rain check may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for a future home game during the same season that the rain check occurred. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the OKC Comets Ticket Office. Tickets for official games which are suspended after becoming official contests do not qualify as rain checks.
If you must leave Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark during the game, re-entry is permitted. Anyone leaving the ballpark intending to re-enter must have their ticket. Upon exiting, a game attendant will scan your ticket. When re-entering an attendant will re-scan your ticket.

Strollers are allowed in Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. They may be parked at the top of each section, barring it does not interfere with guests seated in the top row of the section. Strollers can also be checked at the Customer Service Booth and be picked up before leaving the ballpark.

Guests may bring umbrellas into Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. However, guests may not open and use umbrellas in any area inside the ballpark. In case of rain during a game or event, guests may move to the concourse.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. All guests entering the ballpark for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or removal. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
