There have been 97 players that have played for the Triple-A Omaha franchise since 1969 that appeared in the College World Series prior to making it to Triple-A with Omaha, representing 36 schools and featuring 32 players making multiple trips to the CWS. Those players have combined to win 24 College World Series Championships in Omaha for 11 different schools AND 32 players that played for the Triple-A Omaha club made multiple triples to the CWS while they were in school. Between 1967 and 2021, at least 1 future Triple-A Omaha player has appeared in 51 of the 53 iterations of the College World Series in that timeframe.
Between 1969 and 2010, the CWS and Triple-A Omaha club shared Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium. There were 61 players that played at Rosenblatt BOTH while in Triple-A and during the College World Series.
