95.5/95.9 WPEI serves as the flagship station for the Sea Dogs Radio Network, presented by Nissan. WPEI is owned and operated by Atlantic Coast Radio and is part of the WEEI Sports Radio Network.
All 138 regular season Portland Sea Dogs games, home and road will be broadcast live on the network. Network coverage begins 15 minutes before the first pitch on all affiliates with the Portland Sea Dogs pre-game show.

The 2024 season will be Emma's fifth season as the “Voice of the Portland Sea Dogs” on the Sea Dogs Radio Network, presented by Nissan, and eighth as a play-by-play broadcaster in Minor League Baseball. She previously served as the Director of Broadcasting for the Lexington Legends (Kansas City Royals Low-A) 2018-19. In 2019, Emma was honored as the South Atlantic League Media Relations Director of the Year.
Rylee Pay returns in 2024 for her second season as a radio and media relations assistant for the Sea Dogs. Before joining the Sea Dogs she worked in the Cape Cod League as a broadcaster for the Cotuit Kettleers. Rylee is a 2023 graduate from UNLV with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies with a concentration in Sports Media.
In 2023, Emma and Rylee made history as they formed just the second all-female radio booth in professional baseball history.
