James, Biddle claim weekly honors

James, 23, posted a .333 average (5-for-15) in four games. He's hitting .256 with nine doubles, four triples, two home runs and 19 RBI in 70 games with the Double-A Braves this season. James split time between R-Danville and Low-A Rome last season, hitting .298 and .302 respectively between the two teams. The California native was selected by the Braves in the 34th round of the 2016 draft out of Long Beach State.
Biddle, 25, posted a 2.70 ERA in three relief appearances this past week. He's 2-4 with two saves and a 3.05 ERA in 24 outings for the Double-A Braves this season. Biddle missed all of last season recovering from Tommy John surgery which took place in October 2015. He was claimed by the Braves off waivers from Pittsburgh on March 19, 2016.
