Dunand, 22, posted hits in seven consecutive at-bats August 15-16, led the Southern League last week in total bases (21), and tied for the league lead this past week with six extra-base hits. The Miami, Florida native also finished among the Southern League leaders in hits (9, T-2nd), runs (7, 2nd), RBI (7, 2nd), slugging percentage (.875, 2nd), and OPS (1.298, 2nd).

Selected by the Miami Marlins in the second round of the 2017 MLB Amateur Draft out of North Carolina State University, Dunand began the 2018 season with Hi-A Jupiter in the Florida State League before making his Southern League debut on June 22. He is the nephew of 14-time MLB All-Star Alex Rodriguez and is currently ranked as the Marlins no. 21 prospect according to MLB Pipeline.
Burke, also 22, receives his first Pitcher of the Week nod following a pair of strong starts which earned the Chicago, Illinois native a pair of victories this past week. On Tuesday, Burke blanked division rival Jackson across seven solid frames before adding another 5.2 innings of work against Chattanooga last night. All in all, the southpaw finished his week with a 1.42 ERA (2 ER/12.2 IP), 15 total strikeouts, a .213 opponents' batting average (10-for-47), and a 1.18 WHIP.
Selected in the third round of the 2014 MLB Amateur Draft out of Evergreen High School in Evergreen, Colorado, Burke has logged seven starts for Montgomery this season and recorded a stellar 5-1 record alongside a 1.91 ERA (9 ER/42.1 IP).
