Meneses, 25, posted a .400 average (8-for-20) with a double, a home run and six RBI in five games during the week. In 37 games this season, Meneses is hitting .279 with seven extra-base hits and 14 RBI. He's hitting .321 against southpaws. Meneses split the 2016 season between High-A Carolina and Double-A Mississippi where he hit .342 and .234, respectively. A native of Mexico, Meneses was signed by the Braves as a non-drafted free agent on May 9, 2011.
Parsons, 24, appeared in two games during the week, including a spot start in Jacksonville. He held opponents to one earned run on two hits and two walks while striking out six batters over seven total innings. In 10 games this season, Parsons is 0-1 with two saves and a 3.26 ERA. Parsons spent the majority of last season at High-A Carolina where he posted an 0-2 record with a 3.86 ERA in 16 outings. A native of Clarksville, TN, Parsons was signed by the Braves as a non-drafted free agent on July 30, 2012.
