Scivicque, 24, posted a .429 batting average (6-for-14) in four games with the M-Braves during the week. He also blasted his first home run of the season Saturday night at Trustmark Park. The catcher is hitting .314 (.455 against southpaws) through 14 games with the Double-A club this season. A native of Baton Rouge, LA, Scivicque was acquired by the Braves from Detroit along with
Fried, 23, worked seven shutout innings and picked up the win at Montgomery on April 25. He held the Biscuits to just one hits and a walk while striking out six batters.
