The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes provide affordable family entertainment for everyone by creating a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere while exceeding guest expectations. To accomplish this goal, all game day team members should provide exceptional internal and external customer service, proactively maintain stadium cleanliness, seek opportunities to learn and implement a YES attitude. Above all else HAVE FUN.
_Positions including but not limited to the following areas:
_
Section Leader- Proactive seating assistance, maintain safe and clean seating areas, fan interaction
Parking Attendant- Assuring a smooth ingress and egress to parking areas. Pedestrian safety.
Ticket Taker- Greeting and scanning at stadium entrances.
Ticket Office - Interact directly with fans on day-to-day sales and ticket operations, over the phone and at the sales window
Team Store - Assist fans with transactions and maintain a stocked and organized display area
Stadium attendants/Safety Squad- Maintain cleanliness, sanitizing stations and appearance of the stadium public areas and bathroom facilities during games.
Promotion - Execute all in-between inning promotions, help welcome fans into the stadium and sign contestant up for in-game promotions
Production - Facilitate fun with in-stadium video board and entertainment elements
Every Game Day Team Member will need to commit to the utmost flexibility in achieving the team goal in an environment that will likely be changing quickly and constantly.
