Access your Quakes tickets on your mobile device and be ready for game day!
Access and exchange your tickets, access your parking passes, and redeem your ticket vouchers online with ease.
Step 1 - Go to www.rcquakes.com on your mobile device. Scroll down from the homepage and tap My Tickets.
Step 2 - Enter the email address and password associated with your Quakes account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact the Quakes at (909) 481-5000 for assistance.
Tap Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password or to set a password for the first time.
Step 3 - Once logged in to your account, tap View Tickets to view your tickets for your next game or tap View All Ticket Inventory to view tickets for all future dates.
Step 4 - After selecting the date of the game you are attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.
Step 5 - After selecting specific tickets, a barcode will appear. Please have this page visible on your phone when you approach the gate.
Tap Next Ticket to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have.
The Quakes strongly recommend saving tickets to your Apple or Google wallet for quick retrieval on game days.
Step 6 - Please screenshot this page or keep it visible when you enter the seating bowl and a friendly Quakes team member will assist you in locating your seats.

Step 2 - If you have not purchased tickets with the Quakes this season, tap SIGN UP to create an account.
If you have a digital account with the Quakes, enter the email address and password associated with your Quakes account. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, contact the Quakes at (909) 481-5000 for assistance.
Tap Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password or to set a password for the first time.
Step 3 - Tap on the menu button at the top of the screen.
Step 4 - Tap on MY TICKETS and then VOUCHERS
Step 5 - Enter the voucher code from your ticket (located under the barcode) and tap ADD.
Step 6 - Scroll down and tap VOUCHER ACTIONS and then REDEEM.
Step 7 - Verify the correct numbers have been validated. Scroll up on your screen and tap OK.
Step 8 - Tap a seating section on the seat map to view available pods. Select an available pod from the seat map by tapping on the gold dots. Please note the number of seats in an available pod must match the number of seats you are exchanging. When you select available pods from the seating map, the seats will turn blue. Tap the Arrow with the seat icon at the bottom of your screen to continue.
Step 9 - Verify the number of vouchers and seat location are correct. Tap CONTINUE. If you would like to change seats, tap CLEAR SEATS.
Step 10 - Verify the details in your shopping cart. Scroll down and tap Place Order to complete the transaction. Please note that online fees will apply. If you would like to avoid the online fees, vouchers may be redeemed in person at the Quakes ticket office. The Quakes ticket office is open on home game dates only during the following hours: Monday – Friday 10 am – 4 pm, Saturday – Sunday 12 pm – 4 pm. The tickets will then appear in your online ticket inventory.

Step 4 - Please have this page visible on your mobile device when you arrive to LoanMart Field.

Step 2 - Once you have selected the game you would like to exchange, a list of all tickets for that date will appear. Tap Exchange at the bottom of your screen
Step 3 - Select the seats you would like to exchange, and tap Continue.
Step 4 - Verify the game and seats you would like to exchange are correct and tap Find Eligible Events.
Step 5 - After selecting your new game, set your search options and tap OK. Tap a seating section on the set map to view available pods. Select an available pod from the seat map by tapping on the gold dots. Please note the number of seats in an available pod must match the number of seats you are exchanging. When you select available pods from the seating map, the seats will turn blue. Tap the Arrow with the seat icon at the bottom of your screen to continue.
Step 6 - Verify the details in your shopping cart. Scroll down and tap Place Order to complete the exchange. Please note that online exchange fees will apply. If you would like to avoid the online fees, please call the Quakes at (909) 481-5000 for assistance in exchanging games. The game you exchanged into will appear in your account.
Please note you must repeat the steps above to exchange your digital parking passes into your new game.

Step 4 - Tap VOUCHER ACTIONS and then REDEEM
Step 5 - Tap the vouchers you would like to redeem and tap CONTINUE
Step 6 - Scroll through the list of available events and tap the event you would like to attend.
Step 7 - Verify the correct numbers have been validated. Scroll up on your screen and tap OK.
