Acorn Dollars: An alternative to cash, Acorn Dollars can be used to purchase tickets, parking, merchandise at the Squirrels Nest Team Store and items at the concession stands. Acorn Dollars can be purchased in $1 increments through the group sales department by calling (804) 359-FUNN (3866) ext. 2.
Alcohol Policy: A valid photo ID will be required for the purchase of all alcoholic beverages. Outside alcoholic beverages will not be allowed in The Diamond. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed outside the gates of The Diamond. Alcohol sales end immediately after the last out of the seventh inning. Alcohol may not be taken out of suites.
Animals: With the exception of service animals and dogs on Wine & K9 Wednesdays, animals are not allowed inside The Diamond.
Autographs: Flying Squirrels players will sign autographs at their discretion before and after the game. Fans are allowed to line up along the first- and third-base lines in the first row of the Chick-fil-A Field Level seating sections up until 30 minutes before first pitch.

Bikes: The Flying Squirrels provide bike racks for fans who wish to cycle to the game. Racks are located outside the main gates.
Birthday Bash: Plan your birthday party with the Flying Squirrels in the Cross Timbers Roofing Party Pavilion. Brandito Brandstands: The Brandito Brandstands offer a unique group entertaining experience from a semi-private area down the third-base line. Brewski’s 804 Corner Cantina: Brewski’s 804 Corner Cantina presented by Center of the Universe Brewing Company is located on the first-base side of the stadium next to the Squirrels Nest Team Store.
Bullpen Bar: The Stone Brewing Bullpen Bar offers a unique view from above the Flying Squirrels’ bullpen in a casual setting. Located down the right field line the bar is free to enter, but it is limited to those 21 and older once the game begins. Parents with young children that are being held or in a child carrier are permitted to access the Bullpen Deck to purchase beverages from the Stone Brewing bar; however, they must return to their designated seating area following their purchase.
Cameras and Camcorders: Cameras and camcorders are allowed inside The Diamond for personal use only. No professional zoom lenses or tripods will be allowed without prior approval by management.
Children's Ticket Prices: Children ages 3 and younger are admitted free as long as they sit on an adult's lap. If you would like a child 3 and younger to sit in a seat, they will need a ticket. Ticket prices are the same for all ages.
Comfy Corner: The Comfy Corner is an intimate seating area that includes a wicker "love seat" located in an exclusive area right outside of the store along the first-base line. Reservations are $30 and are available by calling the ticket office at 804-359-FUNN (3866) ext. 1.

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted at the ticket office, the Squirrels Nest Team Store and at all concessions stands.

Exchanges: The Flying Squirrels do not offer ticket exchanges for single-game tickets, with the exception of tickets purchased with the insurance option. For rain out information, please see rain policy.
Fan Assistance: Gilbane Fan Services is located on the main concourse behind home plate (third base side) and offers answers for all your ballpark-related questions.
Fan Code of Conduct: In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Richmond Flying Squirrels have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
• Trespassing on the playing field at any time
• Interfering with baseballs that are in play
• Throwing or tossing objects
• Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures
• Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption
• Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly or abusive
• Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass or credential
• Misusing tickets, passes or credentials in any way
• Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark. Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at Fan Services, directly with Ballpark Security or by contacting club General Manager via phone (804) 359-3866.

Field Level Seating (Chick-fil-A): Located closest to the field behind home plate and down both the first- and third-base lines, Chick-fil-A Field Level seats are available for $15 per ticket in advance and $19 day of game. First Aid: A first aid booth is located on the main concourse directly behind the Budweiser Thirsty Acorn. A nightly nurse provided by Patient First is available to assist fans in need of medical attention.

Funnville Fan Zone: The Richmond Area Honda Dealers Funnville Fan Zone is located in the main plaza on the main concourse, the Funnville Fan Zone houses the entertainment stage, Budweiser Thirsty Acorn, Papa John’s Pizza stand and more.
Gate Times: Gates will open one hour before the scheduled game time, unless otherwise noted for special events.
General Admission Seating: General Admission seating is located in the upper deck of The Diamond behind home plate and along both the first- and third-base lines. General Admission tickets do not have a a specific seat location within that section. Tickets are available for $10 in advance and $12 day of game. Tickets can be purchased by calling the ticket office at 804-359-FUNN (3866) ext. 1 or online here.
Happy Hour: Enjoy happy hour drink specials from 5:30-7:30 p.m. each Friday home game. Specials include $2 12-ounce domestic beers at all concession stands, upper concourse beer carts and The Thirsty Acorn as well as $2 fountain sodas at the Pepsi Fountain (located on main concourse, first base side).
Hardywood Stand: Located on the main concourse, shaded to the first base side of home plate. The Hardywood stand offers a variety of locally crafted beers.
Handicap Seating: Handicap seating is offered behind home plate at the top of sections 110 and 111 as well as along the third-base line at the top of section 120. To access the elevator, please ask an usher for assistance in finding the nearest elevator entrance. Internships: Internships opportunities are available within the Flying Squirrels organization at the end of the season. Positions are filled in the fall with the internship running from January through the end of the season. Game-Day internships run from April-September. If you are interested in a position, contact the Flying Squirrels Office at (804) 359-FUNN (3866).
Lost and Found: If you have lost an item at The Diamond, you can stop by Fan Services on the main concourse behind home plate during the game or call 804-359-FUNN (3866) during business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) to see if it has been turned in to the lost and found.
Merchandise: Merchandise is available at the Squirrels Nest Team Store, which is located along the first-base line on the main concourse. Merchandise can also be purchased online here.
National Anthem: The National Anthem is performed before every Flying Squirrels home game. Fans interested in performing can email [email protected].
Nursing Nest: The Latched Mama Nursing Nest is located in the Squirrels Nest Team Store on the first-base side of the stadium. The Nursing Nest provides a quiet, private area for breastfeeding mothers and their children, and includes amenities such as a couch and a changing station.
Official Game: Baseball games are official after five full innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead. If a game is called after that point in time, no makeup or continuation will be scheduled unless the game is tied. Rain checks are not issued once a game becomes official. If a game is called before it becomes official, a makeup or continuation will be scheduled by Minor League Baseball and rain checks may be distributed at the discretion of management.
Outside Food & Beverage: Per Minor League Baseball rules, outside food and beverage are NOT allowed inside The Diamond. If you have a special request, please contact a member of our front office by calling 804-359-FUNN (3866).
Papa John’s: The Papa John’s pizza stand is located on the main concourse at the Richmond Area Honda Dealers Funnville Family Zone.
Parking: Parking at The Diamond is $8 per car (debit/credit card or Acorn Dollars only upon arrival). Please follow the directions of the parking staff to ensure the safety of all our fans. For more on parking, click here.
Party Decks: Groups of up to 24 people can rent one of The Hogan Group Party Decks - located behind home plate in the Terrace Level seating section - for a night and add food items from our list of catering options. Each Party Deck rental comes with padded seating for 12 and another 12 seats along the bar top rails. Party Pavilion: The Cross Timbers Roofing Party Pavilion is a party area outside right field of the ballpark. The Party Pavilion includes an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet and is where you can book pregame functions, such as a birthday bash or company outing. For more information, click here.

Picnic Zone: Located on the main concourse along the third-base side, the SEGRA Picnic Zone, available for rental, features an all-you-can-eat buffet for up to 500 fans. Groups of eight or more can reserve a spot, which includes a reserved seat in the Chick-fil-A Field Level. Public Address Announcements: PA Announcements for birthdays, groups, etc. are $15 and must be turned in at the Fan Services Center before the conclusion of the second inning of that night's game. The can also be submitted in advance online by clicking here.
Rain Policy: If a Flying Squirrels game is postponed due to inclement weather with less than 4 1/2 innings completed, tickets can be used as rain checks for another regular-season Flying Squirrels home game in the same season based on availability.
Refunds: No refunds will be given for tickets purchased at The Diamond. See above for rain policy.
Restrooms: Men's and women's restrooms are located down the first- and third-base lines on both the main concourse and the upper deck (second level).
Rideshares: Uber, Lyft and other ride-share services for drop off and pick up will be directed to the Red Lot next to the Arthur Ashe center. More information about heading to The Diamond use ride shares and public transportation can be found by clicking here.
Signs and Posters: Signs, flags and posters related to the event that show fan support are welcome inside The Diamond. These items must abide by the following guidelines:
• Must be relevant to the event
• May not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements
• May not obstruct any ballpark or event signage
• May not contain any foul, obscene or derogatory language as defined in the Fan Code of Conduct
• May not obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard
Any sign, flag or poster may be removed at any time at the sole discretion of ballpark staff.
Silver Squirrels: Fans 55 & up are eligible to join the Silver Squirrels. Members mingle at The Diamond every Tuesday and receive cool Flying Squirrels perks. For more information, click here.
Smoking Area: The Diamond is a smoke-free facility. There is a designated smoking area located on the first-base side of the ballpark that can be accessed through the gates beyond the Squirrels Nest Team Store.

Thirsty Acorn: The Thirsty Acorn is located on the main concourse behind home plate and serves beer, chips, Pepsi products and water.

Video: You can catch live or on-demand broadcasts of every Flying Squirrels game with a subscription to MiLB.TV. Fans with subscriptions to MLB.TV Premium also have MiLB.TV included. You can set your "favorite team" to our parent club, the San Francisco Giants, to access Flying Squirrels game broadcasts on MLB.TV on MLB apps, including connected televisions.
Weapons: For the safety of all guests, pocket knives and weapons of any kind are not permitted at The Diamond. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. In this case, it is the responsibility of the officer to disclose they are carrying a weapon for official duties to security personnel upon entry. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Guests who fail to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
Will Call: Tickets purchased in advance may be picked up at the will call window located at the main ticket office in front of The Diamond.
Wine Bar: The Flying Squirrels provide locally sourced wines on the main concourse (skewed to the third base side). Wines from James Rivery Wine Cellars and New Kent Winery are available. Wine is also available at the Bullpen Bar and in groups areas. Wine specials are available on Wednesday home games, beginning when gates open and lasting for two hours. Try a wine slushie....seriously.
