David G. Elmore

David G. Elmore is owner and founder of Elmore Sports Group, a Sports and Entertainment Company started in 1969 comprised of Minor League Baseball and Hockey teams, Facility Management Companies, Special Events and Concession Companies. Elmore Sports Group also owns Travel and Incentive Companies that specialize in Olympic and other Sporting Events. David's entrepreneur spirit expanded to many companies beyond sports. He began investing in real estate in Vail, Colorado in the 1970's and expanded into travel, life insurance, hotels and manufacturing.

Since 1991, Elmore has served on the Joint Committee of the National Association of Professional Baseball. This committee is comprised of 4 minor league owners and 4 major league owners and together they work on all issues concerning both leagues. In 1995, Baseball America singled him out as a unique figure amongst minor league team owners.

Throughout his career, Elmore has been a strong supporter of local, state and national politics. In 1983, the White House appointed him to the Travel and Tourism Advisory Board in the Department of Commerce. He was a member of the Young Presidents Organization from 1969-1984. He served as President of the 85,000 member International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta.

Elmore, born in Anderson, Indiana, graduated from Indiana University Business School in 1955 and obtained his certified Public Accounting Certificate while attending Law School. After graduating from Law School, Elmore was a partner with McBride, Baker, Wienke and Schlosser in Chicago from 1958-1968. He was elected Entrepreneur of the Year in 1989 by Indiana University and has served on the Indiana University Foundation Board since 1990. D.G. Elmore

D.G. Elmore, Jr. joined the management of the Sky Sox Baseball Club (now the Rocky Mountain Vibes) in 1991. The son of David G. Elmore, D.G. is a versatile talent, holding both legal and M.B.A degrees. He is currently the Chairman and Owner/Part Owner in several different companies including Gant Travel Management, Decision Tree Resources, Adams & Westlake, Solution Tree, Butterfield Foods and Cornerstone Information Systems.

He is also an owner of Minor League Baseball teams, including the Rocky Mountain Vibes and the Bakersfield Blaze.

In addition to his business involvements, D.G. is Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Navigators. The Navigators is an international Christian organization headquartered in Colorado Springs whose mission is to reach, disciple and equip people to know Christ and make Him known through successive generations.

D.G. and his wife Gini of 34 years make their home in Bloomington, Indiana. D.G. and Gini have six adult children.

Doug Elmore

Doug Elmore is Managing Director of the Elmore Sports Group, Ltd. and is the President and Owner of the Diamond Creations Concessions Companies.

Doug is also involved in real estate, having owned and developed hotels, industrial parks, condominiums, and gas stations. He has a B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.

Doug and his wife, Julie, live in the Chicago area with their three boys

Keith Hodges - Vice President

Keith has been handling corporate hospitality events and sponsorships for the Sky Sox for the past 13 years. Going into his 14^th season, now with the Rocky Mountain Vibes, he will continue to oversee all group sales & corporate hospitality as Assistant General Manager.

Keith is from San Antonio, TX and has been around the game of baseball his entire life. He played Division I baseball at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX and began coaching after graduating college in 2004. After a seasonal internship with the Round Rock Express Baseball Club, Keith move to Colorado Springs in 2005 and has been here ever since. His parents, Jeff & Lynne Hodges & sister, Kellie, live in San Antonio and enjoy visiting the beautiful Pikes Peak region as often as they can.

Keith lives with his wife, Misty and their basset hound, Daphne. Keith & Misty got married at the ballpark in the Banquet Hall in October of 2011, so be sure to ask him how you can coordinate your wedding ceremony or reception at the ballpark, along with any other types of group events you might be looking to host.

Steve DeLeon - Senior Vice President of Stadium & Field Operations

This is Steve's 16th season as head groundskeeper. This will be his 28th season with the Sky Sox, now the Rocky Mountain Vibes. Steve holds several degrees in higher education with a B.A. and two M.A.'s. When not working on Security Service Field, he is busy officiating wrestling at various levels ranging from elementary to high school. Steve has four kids ranging from ages 14 to 37.

Kyle Fritzke - Assistant General Manager

Kyle is a true Colorado Springs native. He spent his entire life in Southern Colorado, even attending CSU-Pueblo where he graduated with a degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. Kyle has been in sales and marketing for 13 years and this year he enters his fourth season with the Sky Sox, now the Rocky Mountain Vibes.

Kyle is married with two boys. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Colorado sports fan.

Aaron Griffith - Ticketing & Merchandise Manager

Aaron is a Colorado native, growing up in Thornton, Colorado, a suburb of Denver. He is currently finishing his degree at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in Sport Management with a minor in Sport Communication.

Aaron began as an intern with the Vibes in March of 2019, and was promoted to Ticketing and Merchandise Manager in October of the same year. Aaron enjoys watching baseball, football, and basketball in his spare time, rooting mainly for the Rockies, Broncos, and Nuggets.

Brien Smith - Special Events Manager

Brien is beginning his 27th year as a member of the organization. After interning the first two years, he received a full-time position in the fall of 1992. Having served in many roles, and heading the Group Sales Department for several years, he is currently entering his 10th year as the Special Events Manager.

Brien is a Woodland Park, CO, native and a 1992 graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, where he majored in Business Administration and Marketing. In his spare time, Brien enjoys training at the gym, playing and watching sports, outdoor activities, and watching movies.

Jake Hathaway - Group Sales Manager

Jake is beginning his second season with the Vibes. He started last season as a Group Sales Associate and was brought on full time at the end of the 2019 season. He has also interned for the Vibes cross state rivals - the Grand Junction Rockies

Jake grew up in small town Pinedale Wyoming. He graduated from Colorado Mesa University Class of 2018 in Grand Junction, Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Minor in Statistics. Jake is an avid Colorado Sports fan and spends his free time Skiing and enjoying everything Colorado Springs has to offer.

Chris Evans - Catering Director & Executive Chef

Chris has been with the Elmore Sports Group and Diamond Creations for 22 years. He transferred to Colorado Springs for Salt Lake City to become our Executive Chef. His catering skills have allowed him the opportunity to work a variety of events such as the 2001 U.S. Open Tennis Tournament, the 2002 Winter Olympics, television shows, movies, numerous concerts and speciality golf tournaments.

In his spare time, Chirs enjoys movies, reading, and everything Colorado has to offer.
