There is not an ATM machine located in the stadium. Please refer to our cashless policy for forms of payment.
Fans may seek autographs from the time gates open until 15 minutes before the game starts and at the conclusion of the game at the player's own discretion. If you are seeking autographs in a seating section other than your own, you may be asked to move to your section. Players cannot sign autographs during the game.
Salem Memorial Ballpark has a clear bag policy to enhance ballpark safety. Items acceptable for entry include clear bags, clutch wristlets, diaper bags, fanny packs and medical bags.
The Salem Sox encourage all patrons 21-and-older to please drink responsibly and designate a sober driver. All fans that plan to consume beer or wine at the ballpark must have ID on person before entering the ballpark and receive wristband at ID Station. Salem Red Sox concession employees reserve the right to refuse the sale of beer or wine to any patron at their sole discretion. Fans are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per transaction. Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted in the ballpark.
Carilion Clinic Field will also be a cashless ballpark. All concessions, ticket and merchandise purchases are cashless. As a cashless ballpark, we will allow fans to have quicker, safer and more secure transactions.
There are two full-service concession stands, two specialty stands, a Sweet Spot Ice Cream and the outdoor grill among other vendors throughout the Ballpark.

Guests are prohibited from using or possessing unmanned aircraft or radio-controlled model aircrafts in Salem Memorial Ballpark or anywhere on or within the airspace of Salem Memorial Ballpark property.
An elevator is located behind home plate. The Salem Red Sox ask that the elevator be reserved for the use of Luxury Suite Guests, Club Level Guests, press and employees only, as well as those fans with accessibility needs.
In the event of an emergency, Red Sox personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating Salem Memorial Ballpark.

Guests may not exit and re-enter Salem Memorial Ballpark using the same ticket. However, in the case of an emergency, please ask a staff member for assistance.
Salem Memorial Ballpark is a place for families to come and enjoy themselves in a clean, wholesome atmosphere. Fans are asked to refrain from using foul language while at the Ballpark. Offenders may be subject to ejection from the stadium at the sole discretion of the Salem Red Sox.
In an effort to protect both fans and players, the Salem Red Sox maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with balls in play or any player on the field. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate removal from Salem Memorial Ballpark and may result in prosecution.

In the event of an emergency, please find the closest Sox employee who will help you find an EMT to assist you. For bumps and bruises, the First Aid Station is located on the back of the concourse near the Kids Zone.
Due to Carolina League Rules, no outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans are allowed into Salem Memorial Ballpark at any time.
Salem Memorial Ballpark is cashless. All concessions, ticket and merchandise purchases are cashless. As a cashless ballpark, we will allow fans to have quicker, safer and more secure transactions.
Foul balls can be hit into the stands at any time. Please be alert! You are welcome to keep any balls that are hit into the stands. At no time, however, is anyone allowed to throw a ball back on the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. In addition, any fan who interferes with a live ball in play will be removed from Salem Memorial Ballpark immediately.
Gates will open one hour prior to the start of all home games during the season unless otherwise noted.
The Customer Service Center is located directly behind home plate on the main concourse. The booth is open 30 minutes prior to gates opening and closes 30 minutes after the end of the game.
Want to enjoy an ice-cold adult beverage at the game? Stop by the ID booth located on the main concourse behind home plate to get a wristband to purchase your drink of choice. The Salem Red Sox encourage all fans to drink responsibly.
The Salem Red Sox Kid's Zone is located behind the third base concourse next to the Official Salem Red Sox Team Store. The Kid's Zone features several different inflatable games for kids of all ages. Kid's Zone passes are available for purchase in the team store.
Lineups are posted as soon as they are available on the lineup board behind the concourse on the third base side.
Lost articles should be brought to Guest Services located behind home plate. These items will be held for two weeks after they've been turned in. If you feel your item may have been lost at Salem Memorial Ballpark, please call 540-389-3333 to report or reclaim your lost articles.
The Salem Red Sox Official Team Store offers a huge selection of souvenirs. The Salem Red Sox Team Store is located next to the Kids Zone on the left field concourse. You can also shop online at www.salemsox.com or by calling 540-302-0240.
The Salem Red Sox post messages for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. If you would like a message, please call the main line at 540-389-3333. We ask you to call at least 24 hours in advance of the game. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests.
Mini Fenway is a to-scale replica of "America's Most Beloved Ballpark," Fenway Park. The field is open and free at all Salem Red Sox home games (weather permitting) and is available for off-day reservations.
On-field access is limited to authorized personnel only. Any guest who is not authorized and attempts to access the field will be removed from Salem Memorial Ballpark immediately and may be subject to prosecution.
Parking is available free of charge on a first-come, first served basis in front of Salem Memorial Ballpark.

If a game has been postponed due to rain or any other factor prior to completion of an official game (4 ½ innings if the Sox are winning), fans may exchange their ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future regular season home game within that same season, subject to availability. If the home game is called and it is an official game (4 ½ innings with the Sox in the lead), then tickets are not redeemable for future games.
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the ballpark on the back side of the main concourse.
There is no smoking in the seating areas of Salem Memorial Ballpark. There is a designated smoking area located on the back side of the concourse on the first base side. There are no vapes allowed on the premise at the ballpark.
There is a NO REFUND ticket policy at Salem Memorial Ballpark.
The Salem Red Sox do not hold open tryouts. All players are acquired by the Boston Red Sox.
There is a $2 discount for youth 12 and under, seniors ages 65+, and retired or active-duty military members.
For the safety and convenience of all fans, umbrellas are NOT allowed in the stadium.
Weapons of any kind are NOT allowed inside Salem Memorial Ballpark.
The Will Call Booth is located right outside of the main entrance.
Youth under two will only need a ticket if they will be taking up a seat, if they sit in someone’s lap they do not need a ticket. Youth 2-12 will receive a $2 discount on their ticket.
