ACCESSIBLE PARKING & SEATING
-Both parking lots at Nelson Wolff Stadium offer spaces for guests with disabilities. Each entrance at Nelson Wolff Stadium is accessible for individuals with disabilities. ADA seating is available throughout the ballpark and can be requested ahead of the event or baseball game. Sections with ADA seating can be seen on the stadium seat map located here. To request ADA assistance, please contact the Missions administrative office at 210-675-7275.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
-The San Antonio Missions administrative office is located on the 1st base side of the concourse at Nelson Wolff Stadium. The administrative office is open Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on non-game days and 10 a.m. on game days. The office number is 210-675-7275.

-The San Antonio Missions are the Double-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres.
ALCOHOL
-Texas state liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcohol beverages into Nelson Wolff Stadium. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. All guests will be required to show approved identification. Only government-issued identification that is currently valid (not expired) and contains the following will be accepted: Name of Person, Photograph, Physical Description, and Date of Birth. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol beverage sales on the concourse level will be cut off at the conclusion of the 7th inning during a baseball game.
ANIMALS
-Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited. Fans are also allowed to bring their dogs on certified Bark in the Park games. Those dates can be located on our promotional schedule.
AUTOGRAPHS
-Fans are welcome to gather along the 1st base and 3rd base lines prior to and following a baseball game to request autographs. Please respect the judgement of the players and field staff on whether or not to they sign an autograph.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
-Baby changing stations are located inside every restroom at Nelson Wolff Stadium.
BAGS
-Any and all bags will be subject to a search upon entrance at Nelson Wolff Stadium for a baseball game or other events. Exceptions to this policy include medical bags or manufactured diaper bags for accompanying infants and young children.
BOX OFFICE
-The Missions Main Box Office is located by the 1st base entrance of Nelson Wolff Stadium. On game days (Tuesday-Saturday), the box office will open at Noon and close at 9:00 p.m. or at the 7th inning. On Sunday games starting at 1:05 p.m., the box office will be be open from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or at the 7th inning. On Sunday games starting at 6:05 p.m., the box office will be open from noon until 8:00 p.m. or at the 7th inning. The Box Office will be closed on non game days.
BROADCAST INFORMATION
-All Missions game can be heard on KKYX . Missions games can also be seen on MiLB.tv.
CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT
-Individual, single-lens cameras and handheld video cameras are permitted inside of Nelson Wolff Stadium for San Antonio Missions baseball games. Fans that wish to use a telephoto lens need to request approval to use inside the stadium. Fans are not to reproduce or live stream the game without the written consent of Major League Baseball/Minor League Baseball/San Antonio Missions. Fans with the appropriate camera may not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment or view of the game.
CASH
-Nelson Wolff Stadium is cashless for baseball games and other events. This includes the Missions Team Store, box office, parking and concession stands.
CHILDREN
-Children ages two and under get in free at Missions games. They need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three and above are required to have a ticket.
CODE OF CONDUCT
-Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
Trespassing on the field
Interfering with baseballs that are in play
Throwing or tossing objects on the field or throughout the stadium
Using foul, obscene or derogatory language or gestures
Misusing or over consuming alcohol, including underage consumption
Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly or abusive
Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential
Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way
Bringing prohibited items (see section below) into the ballpark
-Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin. Violations of the code of conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games and events, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark. Guests are encouraged to report violations of the code of conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member or at the Great Clips Convenience Center.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
-The Great Clips Convenience Center is located on the concourse near the center gate entrance. Guests can register and report for on-field promotions, claim prizes, and inquire about other aspects of San Antonio Missions baseball.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
-Fans are allowed to bring in their own food to Nelson Wolff Stadium if it is due to a dietary restriction. Prior to attending a baseball game, the fan must obtain approval from Diamond Concessions. Approval can be requested by calling 210-554-1519 or by emailing [email protected].
DISCOUNTS
-The San Antonio Missions ticketing discounts are as follows:
Children ages two and under do not require a ticket
Groups of 20 or more can receive group discount pricing by contacting the Missions in advance
Active and retired military, with valid I.D., receive one dollar off any individual ticket

DUGOUTS
-Fans are not permitted to be on the dugout tops at any time unless they are participating in an in-game promotion and are escorted by a Missions employee. This applies to before, during and after a game or event. Failure to comply could result in ejection from the game or event.
ELEVATOR
-Nelson Wolff Stadium contains one elevator and is located in the Great Clips Convenience Center.

EXIT & RE-ENTRY
-Fans may exit and re-enter Nelson Wolff Stadium as long as they check-in with an usher as they exit and check-in with the same usher upon re-entering.

FIRST AID
-A medic is available at all Missions home games. The medic’s office is located on the 3rd base side of the ballpark, across from the Sweet Spot concessions stand.
FOUL BALLS
-During baseball games at Nelson Wolff Stadium, please be aware of foul balls hit into the stands. Foul balls hit into the stands are yours to keep.
GATES
-The gates at Nelson Wolff Stadium typically open one hour prior to game time, unless stated otherwise. There are three gates: 1st base, 3rd base and Center Gate.
GIVEAWAY ITEMS
-On promotional nights, the Missions will allow one giveaway item per person with a ticket. A fan with multiple tickets will still be given one giveaway item. Artwork and graphics for promotional items are subject to change.

LIQUOR & WINE
-Nelson Wolff Stadium does offer a variety of liquors and spirits. Drinks can be purchased at the Bullpen Saloon (1st base side of the ballpark) and Bar 1818 located on the 2nd level of the stadium. A third bar is located on the 3rd floor, exclusively for fans with suite access. Wine can be purchased throughout Nelson Wolff Stadium at the concession stands and bars.
LOST AND FOUND
-Lost articles at Nelson Wolff Stadium are held for 30 days. Guests may bring found items to Customer Service and call 210-675-7275 to locate missing items.
MASCOT APPEARANCE
-If you would like to request the appearance of one of the Missions mascots at your event, please submit the a Mascot Appearance Request. In the request, please include as much information as possible. It is helpful to submit the request at least 30 days ahead of the event. The San Antonio Missions cannot guarantee that the mascot appearance request will be fulfilled.
MEDIA CREDENTIALS
-Anyone interested in being a credentialed media member at Nelson Wolff Stadium needs to submit a request for a media credential. To request the credential, the individual must complete the request at least 24 hours in advance of the game or event and include their affiliation as well as purpose for being credentialed. The San Antonio Missions reserve the right to deny a media credential request. The San Antonio Missions reserve the right to confiscate an individual’s media credential if they are violating the code of conduct.
METAL DETECTORS
-In an effort to increase security measures at Wolff Stadium, metal detectors have been installed at each gate. Prior to entering the ballpark, fans will pass through the magnometer screenings. Fans will be asked to remove any metallic items during the screening process, including keys, phones and wallets. All bags will be checked for prohibited items (weapons and outside food are not allowed). Fans will be scanned again if they choose to exit and re-enter the stadium.
ORGANIZATION
-The San Antonio Missions organization was established in 1888. The 2025 season will be the club’s 123rd professional season.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE
-For the safety and security of our fans, outside food and beverages (including bottled water), cannot be brought inside Nelson Wolff Stadium.
PAGING
-In serious cases only, the public address system at Nelson Wolff Stadium will be used. Those looking to page someone should report to the Great Clips Convenience Center located on the concourse near center gate.
PARKING
-There are two parking lots located at Nelson Wolff Stadium. Parking prices are subject to change at Nelson Wolff Stadium for San Antonio Missions games and special events. Check specific event web pages for information about parking.
POLICE
-For the safety of our guests, police are present at all San Antonio Missions games and special events at Nelson Wolff Stadium. If there is an emergency, please contact the nearest Missions employee or police officer.

RAINOUT POLICY
-In the event five innings of a game are not played, except when the home team is in the lead after 4 ½ innings, tickets may be exchanged for a future 2025 Missions regular season home game of equal or lesser value (excluding July 4th).
RESTROOMS
-Men’s, women’s and family restrooms can be located throughout Nelson Wolff Stadium. Both family restrooms are located on the first level concourse. There are men’s and women’s restrooms located on the first base side, across from the first base gate. There is a men’s and women’s restroom located on the third base side, across from the third base gate. There is a men’s and women’s restroom located on the Suite Level.
SCALPED TICKETS
-Tickets may not be re-sold on the property of Nelson Wolff Stadium or in the parking areas that surround it.

SECURITY
-For the safety of our fans, all items brought into Nelson Wolff Stadium are subject to search. Remote-controlled vehicles including cars and unmanned aircrafts (drones) are prohibited on the property of Nelson Wolff Stadium without the consent of the organization. SMOKING/VAPING
-Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of Nelson Wolff Stadium. Fans are allowed to smoke outside of the first base, third base and center gates. Fans wishing to exit for smoking purposes, must check-in with a gate usher for exit and re-entry.

-Nelson Wolff Stadium first opened on April 18th, 1994. 2025 will be the 32nd professional season for the San Antonio Missions at Wolff Stadium.
STROLLERS
-Strollers are allowed at Nelson Wolff Stadium and may be stored under guests’ seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles or stairways.
TEAM STORE
-The Missions Team Store is located on the concourse and is open year-round. Missions and Flying Chanclas merchandise can also be purchased samissions.com. On non-game days, the Team Store is open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. On game days, the Team Store is open one hour prior to first pitch – 15 minutes after the final out of the game. On game days, a Flying Chanclas merchandise stand is located on the concourse near the 3rd base gate.
TEXAS LEAGUE
-The San Antonio Missions are one of 10 teams in the Texas League and play in the Texas League South Division.
TRYOUTS
-Tryouts are not held by Minor League Baseball clubs. Players are assigned by our Major League Baseball affiliate, the San Diego Padres. The Prospect Development Pipeline, a collaborative effort between MLB and USA Baseball, is the official identification and player development pathway for amateur baseball players in the United States.
UMBRELLAS
-Umbrellas are permitted inside Nelson Wolff Stadium. Please be considerate of other guests.
VEGAN OPTIONS
-Diamond Concessions, the food service provider of the San Antonio Missions, does offer vegan food options. Fans can purchase a veggie burger at the Grill Cart located behind home plate. Several snack items at Nelson Wolff Stadium are also vegan.
WEAPONS
-For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Nelson Wolff Stadium, regardless of license to carry. The only exception is Missions hired on duty security. Guests wishing to enter Wolff stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with these conditions will lead to denied admission or ejection. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in the event of an ejection or denied admission.
WHEELCHAIRS
-Nelson Wolff Stadium has a limited number of available wheelchairs to assist guests during baseball games and other events. If wheelchair service is needed, please notify a San Antonio Missions employee or call ahead to request wheelchair service at 210-675-7275.
