FOR REGULAR SEASON HOME GAMES:

In the event five innings of the game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of four-and-a-half innings, your game ticket will become a rain check that can be exchanged for any other 2024 regular-season home game (Excluding May 8 & 22, July 4 and Subject to Availability) for a ticket of equal or lesser value.

If a game is called due to inclement weather or other circumstances AFTER five innings have been played, a game is considered "official." In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges.

For games postponed prior to first pitch, tickets are not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value, but can be exchanged for a game later during the current season.

*Season Ticket Holders and Group Leaders should contact their sales representative to receive credit for a future 2024 Home RailRiders game of equal or lesser value and subject to availability. To request a rain check, email [email protected] to receive the Rainout Ticket Redemption form to reschedule your game.

*If you purchased a ticket for a RailRiders game through Ticketmaster, your ticket for a postponed game is valid for any future 2024 Home RailRiders game of equal or lesser value and subject to availability. *

If you purchased your ticket through a third party (Stubhub, Vivid Seats etc), you must contact that third party to explore your options.

Complimentary tickets (COMP) or equivalent tickets bear no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any benefits that may be offered to ticket(s) with a dollar value.
