Donation Requests

For an in-kind donation request for a fundraiser, please MAIL a formal request letter on organization letterhead describing to whom and for what the donation is intended at least four weeks prior to needing the request returned. Within the letter, please be sure to include the event date, your 501C tax id number, as well as the mailing address for the requester.

Donation requests will only be considered for charitable events and organizations in the states of North Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Organizations may only be assisted for one event per year.

As you gather your materials to send to the Saints, please include a self-addressed stamped business-sized envelope which we may use to return the donation in.
