Front Office

In July of 2006, the Stockton Ports were proud to announce the addition of Pat Filippone as the club's President and part owner. In his first full season with the Ports, Pat presided over one of the most successful seasons in team history. The Ports set a new record attendance mark, welcoming 218,497 fans to Banner Island Ballpark, and the Ports also hosted the 2007 California/Carolina League All-Star Game. 

In 2008, the Ports set a single game attendance record of 6,285 fans at Banner Island Ballpark on July 3. Pat won the first championship of his career in 2008, as the Ports clinched their 11th franchise crown-a California League record. During the 2007 and 2008 season, the Ports were recognized in national media outlets such as Sports Illustrated, ESPN the Magazine and ESPN.com for various promotional and community activities. 

In his first season, the Ports founded their charitable foundation, the Anchor Fund. The Anchor Fund supports many community projects, with a focus on youth centers and youth sports. The charitable fund reflects and reaffirms the Ports' commitment to strengthen the community through baseball and enable local businesses to make tax-deductible donations in their efforts to support youth projects in the area.

Under his leadership, Pat also established the Ports Alumni Club in 2008, working to include the Alumni in current Ports events and to share the history and tradition of Stockton professional baseball. 

Since joining the Ports and 7th Inning Stretch, LLC, Pat has also overseen the purchase of the Delmarva Shorebirds (Class A, South Atlantic League, MLB Affiliate-Baltimore) in November 2006, and the Everett Aquasox (Class A Short, Northwest League, MLB Affiliate-Seattle) in December 2008.

Prior to joining the Ports, Pat had served as the C.E.O. of the Fresno Grizzlies since 2003. During his tenure in Fresno, Pat was responsible for completely revamping the organization. This led to the first operating profit in franchise history and the founding of a 501 c3 Charitable Foundation. 

Before his time in Fresno, he served as the general manager of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes of the California League from 1998-2003. During his tenure with the Quakes, the team increased its profitability and visibility within the community. The Quakes increased their sell-out crowds 600 percent, and grew in sponsorship and ticket sales revenue.

Pat began his baseball career with the Prince William Cannons prior to the 1991 season as director of operations, and was appointed general manager in 1993. After the 1994 season, he was promoted to vice president and general manager and was placed on the Cannons' Board of Directors. During his tenure as general manager, the Cannons set attendance records three times, made significant upgrades and were recognized nationally within the industry with numerous awards for products and promotions. 

He was recognized with the Carolina League Executive of the Year Award for the 1997 season, and the California League Executive of the Year Award for the 2003 and 2007 seasons. 

A native of Reston, VA., Pat and his wife, Wendy, reside in Stockton with their daughter, Kelly.

Jordan, a Stockton native, is entering his 4th season working in the Front Office, and his 2nd as General Manager. He graduated from The University of the Pacific in 2020 with a degree in Sport Management. He began his career with The Ports as a Box Office Assistant before being promoted to Community Relations Manager ahead of the 2021 season. In 2022, he served as the Corporate Partnerships Manager until he was promoted to Director of Business Development shortly before the 2022 season commenced and promoted to General Manager for the 2023 season.

In his free time, Jordan likes to spend time with family, friends, and his French Bulldog- Maverick. When he's not working, he can be found at the beach, with his niece and nephew, at the casino, or watching sports. He loves cheering on his New York sports teams – especially the New York Yankees and New York Giants! Jordan is an avid country music fan and will happily sing along to any country song that is playing at the stadium.

Chris is starting his first season with the Stockton Ports. He was previously with the Modesto Nuts for four seasons as the Director of Ticket Sales. Prior to his stint in Modesto, Chris was the Director of Tickets for the Arkansas Travelers and Director of Ticketing & Premium Seating for the Dubuque Fighting Saints. Chris attended Loras College in Iowa, where he double majored in Sports Management and Finance.

Hailing from Waukesha, Wisconsin, Chris is a fan of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. In his free time, he loves to hang out with his cat Splash (This is a match made in heaven since he has a pet with the same name as our beloved mascot, Splash). Chris also enjoys watching wrestling and playing video games with his friends.

Bryce is entering his 2^nd season with the Ports as an Inside Sales Exec and Ticket Ops Assistant. He started with the Ports at the beginning of the 2023 season as a Box Office Assistant, before being integrated into a front office role early on in the season. While working for the Ports, Bryce is also working on completing a degree from University of the Pacific in Sports Analytics, and is set to graduate in the Spring of 2026. Concurrently, Bryce holds an executive role within the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at UOP.

An Oakdale native, Bryce has lived in the Valley his whole life, and has been coming to Ports games with family and friends for as long as he can remember. His love for the Ports is deeply rooted, as Bryce was once the 6-millionth fan of the team. In his spare time, Bryce enjoys regularly golfing and going to the gym. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite Sports teams: the San Jose Sharks, Athletics LA Chargers, Phoenix Suns, and Alabama Crimson Tide.

Joaquin has spent the last 3 years with the Stockton Ports as game day staff for the press-box. He started off as our camera operator then transitioned to being “Producer” in 2023. He’s now entering the 2024 season as the “Entertainment Manager."

Raised in Stockton his whole life, Joaquin graduated from Lincoln High School and San Joaquin Delta College with an Associate’s Degree in Radio & Television.

Sarah is entering her third season with the Ports after joining the front office in 2022. A Stockton native, Sarah remembers going to Ports games as a child at Billy Hebert Field. Sarah is a graduate of Stagg High School and UC Davis. She worked in the marketing departments at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial and In-Shape before coming to the Ports as the Marketing Manager.

In her spare time Sarah likes to workout, take dance classes, spend time with family and play with her sister’s dog, Otis.

Caitlin is entering her second season as the Bookkeeper for the Ports. She graduated from CSU East Bay with a degree in Business Finance. Born and raised in Tracy, Caitlin is an alumnus of St. Mary’s High School and considers herself a product of the Valley. After nearly ten years of teaching at St. Luke’s Preschool and Elementary school, branching into a new career has been something she has been looking forward to.

Caitlin loves gardening, reading, board and video games, and all things Disney. Caitlin is excited to continue her new chapter in her life with the Ports at the forefront.
