In the event of a rainout in which five (5) innings have not been completed (4 ½ if the home team is leading):

1. If the game is rescheduled as either a stand-alone game or as part of a doubleheader, then your ticket is exchangeable for the date of the rescheduled game(s). All rained out game tickets must be exchanged in-person at the Box Office for the rescheduled game date.
2. If the game is not made up, your ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for a Tacoma Rainiers home game in that same season (excluding July 3rd). All ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
3. If you have a Nightly Suite, Group, or Party Deck ticket please contact your group organizer or the Tacoma Rainiers Representative that coordinated the group prior to exchanging ticket at the box office. In some cases, your entire group may be rescheduled for another game date.

Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel Dugout Club Ticket: Row Box or Reserved seating with Summit Club access and amenities.

Commencement Bank Summit Club Ticket: Row Box or Reserved seating with Commencement Bank Summit Club access.

Row Box: Row Box or Reserved Seating.

Reserved Ticket: Reserved Seating.

1. All unused season tickets (both prior to or after the printed game date) are exchangeable for a ticket of equal or lesser value throughout the current regular season (excluding Opening Day, July 3rd, or the final regular season home game). Unused Monday through Thursday tickets are only exchangeable for Monday through Thursday games. Unused Friday through Sunday tickets are exchangeable for any weekday or weekend games. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability. The Rainiers reserve the right to withhold any exchanges. Exclusions and limitations apply.
2. Reserved & Accessible areas are available for exchange in advance. Box seats are only available for exchange on the day of the game starting at 10:00 AM at the Cheney Stadium Box Office. Box Seats are available for purchase Friday prior to the homestand.
3. Once exchanged, a season ticket cannot be exchanged again (signified by 'EXCHANGE' or 'SUMMIT EXCHANGE' above the barcode).
4. Season ticket exchanges are limited to double the number of season ticket plans purchased per account. For example, if you own two (2) seats for each game, you may exchange two (2) unused seats per game, to have a total of four (4) unused tickets, etc.
5. Season Tickets are not exchangeable for the R Yard, Party Decks, Luxury Suites or the Dugout Club.

For the best parking availability, we recommend arriving to the stadium as close to when gates open as possible. Please note that the access between the Left Field parking lot and the Home Plate parking will be closed to all traffic. All fans with parking passes MUST use the Tyler Street entrance. Parking along all curbsides and entrances will not be permitted. On Fridays, walking through will also not be allowed due to fireworks. Parking Passes & Parking Vouchers must be presented to a parking attendant in order to be directed to the appropriate parking area (General Admission Parking is subject to availability).
