BOX OFFICE: The Smokies Box Office is open to purchase tickets Monday-Friday from 10:00am until 5:00pm.
BUSINESS OFFICE: Smokies Stadium’s administrative office is located on-site at Smokies Stadium and is open Monday-Friday from 10:00am until 5:00pm.
CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT: Cameras and video recorders are allowed at Smokies Stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of others.
CARD POLICY: The Smokies announced that Smokies Stadium will be a cashless venue beginning in 2023. This includes transactions involving tickets, food and beverage, merchandise, parking, and all other parts of a Smokies game or event. Smokies Stadium will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The Smokies look forward to providing faster lines, increased safety, and customer convenience for fans.

CHICKEN RUN: The Chicken Run takes place at the end of the 6th inning. Children who want to participate must report to Section 118 the top of the 6th inning. Children must be between the ages of 4-12. Absolutely no adults are allowed in the Chicken Run area or on the field. Children are not allowed to wear flip flops. Children will exit the field at Section 104. Children who change their minds will be escorted to the Advanced Auto Fan Assistance booth by a Smokies Staff member.
CHILDREN: Children ages three and under may be admitted to Smokies games without a ticket but need to sit in the lap of an accompany adult. Children ages four and above will require a ticket.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Major League Baseball and the Knoxville Smokies are committed to a safe and enjoyable experience at Covenant Health Park. All events unless otherwise noted will have a clear bag policy in effect. Below is our fan code of conduct which covers behaviors that are not permitted:
• Trespassing on the playing field; • Interfering with baseballs that are in play; • Throwing objects; • Using foul or obscene language or gestures; • Using derogatory language, which is defined as offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin; • Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol; • Disruptive, unruly, or abusive behavior; • Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential; • Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials; • Bringing in animals of any kind for any reason, except service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability; • No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes; • Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark
Prohibited items: Food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit, per MLB), containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, balloons, drones, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or larger than 8.5 inches x 11 inches, and noise makers.
CLEAR BAG POLICY: Stadium security regulations limit fans to clear bags not to exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches, and/or a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches. All belongings are subject to search upon entry, including medically necessary items. Diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag. No items can be left at the gates.
Violations of the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to consequences including ejection from the ballpark and a ban on attending future games and events. Use of derogatory language will result in ejection. If you believe someone is interfering with the Fan Code of Conduct, please speak to an usher or visit the Fan Assistance booth.
COLLECTORS CORNER: The Collectors Corner has everything you can think of when it comes to collectible trading cards! We have cards spanning sports like baseball, basketball, football, and UFC to a myriad of Pokemon cards across many different sets! DIRECTIONS: I-40 West: Exit off of exit 407, take a right off of the exit. Go through the first traffic light, and the parking entrance will be directly on your right.
I-40 East: Exit off of exit 407, take a left off of the exit. Go through the first two traffic lights, and the parking entrance will be directly on your right.
Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg: Head north on Winfield Dunn Parkway. Go straight through the traffic intersection when you approach the I-40 exits. The parking entrance will be on your right at Line Drive.
DONATIONS: The Smokies receive hundreds of requests each year for charitable organization events. We donate tickets or merchandise to as many of these organizations as possible. Requests are processed in the order they are received and the approval process usually takes 3 weeks. All requests must be submitted online through our Donation Request Page.
ELEVATOR: The elevator inside Smokies Stadium is located behind Section 109. Guests are required to present a Luxury Level ticket or an appropriate group area ticket to access the elevator.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY: Guests are permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium if they present their ticket. If a giveaway is taking place, guests will need to wait until the giveaway is over to exit the stadium and re-enter.
FAN ASSISTANCE: The Advance Auto Fan Assistance Booth is located in the 3rd Base entrance way.
FIREARMS: Per MLB guidelines, firearms are not permitted inside Smokies Stadium even if you have a permit.

FIRST GAME CERTIFICATES: If it is your first Smokies game, first game certificates can be found at the Advanced Auto Fan Assistance Booth. They are free of charge and personalized!
GATES OPEN: The main gates typically open 60 minutes prior to game time. On Saturdays, the gates open 90 minutes before game time. Season ticket holders may enter through the season ticket gate 30 minutes before the main gates open.
GARZA LAW TERRACE: Located on the first base side of the Luxury Level, The Garza Law Terrace at Smokies Stadium offers high end entertainment! With spectacular views of the game in a private, climate controlled indoor setting, in addition to outdoor seating. The Garza Law Terrace at Smokies Stadium offers a unique and extensive beverage assortment, flat screen TVs, and multiple seating options throughout the area. GIVEAWAY POLICY: The Smokies policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Smokies Stadium. An eligible fan is a fan that meets advertised age limits or other requirements. KIDS RUN THE BASES: Kids Run the Bases presented by Shoney’s takes place after Tuesday home games. When the game concludes, children ages 4-12 are welcome to line up at Section 104 and run the bases. Absolutely no adults are allowed on the field. Children are not allowed to wear flip flops.
KIDS ZONE: Homer’s Playland presented by Shoney’s is located down the right field line beyond Section 101. Homer’s Playland features bounce houses and other fun activities. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
LOST AND FOUND: Lost items are held for 30 days. Guests may bring lost or found items to the Advanced Auto Fan Assistance Booth or call (865) 286-2300 in an effort to locate missing items.
LUXURY LEVEL: Luxury Suites are one of the most popular ways to host a party or corporate event at Smokies Stadium! Your group can take in the sights and sounds of "America's Friendliest Ballpark" from inside one of our fully furnished Luxury Suites, or enjoy the action from its private balcony. Each climate controlled Luxury Suite comes complete with stadium seating on a private balcony, indoor seating options, hostess service, flat screen televisions, and your choice of one of the several delicious food packages we offer.
MASCOT APPEARANCES: Homer Hound is the friendliest mascot in East Tennessee! He is available to attend events and schools in our surrounding counties. All appearances are based on availability - please call or email Aris Theofanopoulos at least one month in advance to inquire about availability.
MERCHANDISE: Official Smokies merchandise is available at the GoTeez Locker Room. The store is open Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm.
NURSING: A perfect space for mothers who need a private area to pump or breastfeed, the First Aid room is private and air conditioned. It is located behind Section 108.
NATIONAL ANTHEM: Fans looking to sing the National Anthem at a Smokies game can email Alyssa. Please make sure to include your full name and a video of you singing the National Anthem. All singers at Smokies Stadium must have the words memorized without the need of a phone or sheet of paper.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Smokies Stadium per Southern League rules.
PARKING: The cost of parking is normally $5 per vehicle, but is now free for the remainder of the 2024 season thanks to Sevier County and the City of Sevierville. SEE CARD POLICY.
