ADA FRIENDLY: Covenant Health Park was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with disabilities. To purchase wheelchair seating, please call the ticket office at (865) 286-2300. Please call ahead of time as ADA-friendly seating is limited and often goes quickly. The 3rd Base Gate and Right Field Gate are ADA accessible.

ALCOHOL: Alcohol is available to purchase throughout the ballpark. All alcohol sales conclude at the end of the 8th inning.
ADULT-CHANGING AREA: An adult changing area is available in Covenant Health Park and is located directly behind Sections 104 & 105.

BABY-CHANGING AREAS: Changing stations are located in every restroom and in our family restrooms.
BAG SEARCH: All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the Covenant Health Park.
BIRTHDAY PACKAGE: A birthday at the ballpark is the best way to celebrate! The birthday package includes tickets to the game, a video board announcement, and more! For more information, click here or call us at (865) 286-2300.
BOX OFFICE: The Smokies Box Office is open to purchase tickets Monday-Friday from 10:00am until 5:00pm.
BUSINESS OFFICE: Covenant Health Park's administrative office is located on-site at Covenant Health Park and is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm.

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT: Cameras and video recorders are allowed at Covenant Health Park Stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of others.
CARD POLICY: Covenant Health Park is a cashless venue. This includes transactions involving tickets, food and beverage, merchandise, parking, and all other parts of a Smokies game or event. Covenant Health Park will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The Smokies look forward to providing faster lines, increased safety, and customer convenience for fans.

CHILDREN: Children ages three and under may be admitted to Smokies games without a ticket but need to sit in the lap of an accompany adult. Children ages four and above will require a ticket.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Major League Baseball and the Knoxville Smokies are committed to a safe and enjoyable experience at Covenant Health Park. All events unless otherwise noted will have a clear bag policy in effect. Below is our fan code of conduct which covers behaviors that are not permitted:
• Trespassing on the playing field; • Interfering with baseballs that are in play; • Throwing objects; • Using foul or obscene language or gestures; • Using derogatory language, which is defined as offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin; • Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol; • Disruptive, unruly, or abusive behavior; • Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential; • Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials; • Bringing in animals of any kind for any reason, except service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability; • No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes; • Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark
Prohibited items: Food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit, per MLB), containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, balloons, drones, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or larger than 8.5 inches x 11 inches, and noise makers.
CLEAR BAG POLICY: Stadium security regulations limit fans to clear bags not to exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches, and/or a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches. All belongings are subject to search upon entry, including medically necessary items. Diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag. No items can be left at the gates.
Violations of the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to consequences including ejection from the ballpark and a ban on attending future games and events. Use of derogatory language will result in ejection. If you believe someone is interfering with the Fan Code of Conduct, please speak to an usher or visit the Fan Assistance booth located behind Section 110.
COLLECTORS CORNER: The Collectors Corner has everything you can think of when it comes to collectible trading cards! We have cards spanning sports like baseball, basketball, football, and UFC to a myriad of Pokemon cards across many different sets! We sell sealed packs, boxes, and cases, but we also have singles and graded singles. We have new items added weekly, and you can keep up with our box breaks with our social media pages! DONATIONS: The Smokies receive hundreds of requests each year for charitable organization events. We donate tickets or merchandise to as many of these organizations as possible. Requests are processed in the order they are received and the approval process usually takes 3 weeks. All requests must be submitted online through our Donation Request Page.

EXIT AND RE-ENTRY: Fans will NOT be permitted to exit and re-enter Covenant Health Park.

FAN ASSISTANCE: The Pickering & Allen Orthodontics Fan Assistance Booth is located behind Section 110.
FIREARMS: Per MLB guidelines, firearms are not permitted inside Covenant Health Park even if you have a permit.
FIREWORKS: The Summer Fireworks Series takes place on all Fridays and Saturdays. The fireworks begin immediately after the conclusion of the game. Click here for more information about our promotions!
FIRST AID: First aid is available at Covenant Health Park. The first aid room is located behind Section 108.
FIRST GAME CERTIFICATES: If it is your first Smokies game, first game certificates can be found at the Pickering & Allen Orthodontics Fan Assistance Booth located behind Section 110. They are free of charge and personalized!

GATES OPEN: The main gates typically open 60 minutes prior to game time. On Saturdays, the gates open 90 minutes before game time. Season ticket holders may enter through the season ticket gates 30 minutes before the main gates open.
GIVEAWAY POLICY: The Smokies policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Covenant Health Park. An eligible fan is a fan that meets advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for a giveaway item. Giveaway items are distributed in limited supply.
GROUP TICKETS: Covenant Health Park is a perfect venue to entertain anywhere from 10 or more people. Groups enjoy special benefits, including access to our special group areas. For more information, click here.

ICE CREAM: Covenant Health Park has various ice cream options. Soft serve ice cream is sold at the 3rd base concession stand, Ballpark Bites. Smoky Mountain Snow will feature hand-dipped ice cream directly next to Ballpark Bites. Dippin’ Dots carts are located on the concourse behind Sections 102 and 116

JERSEY AUCTIONS: Specialty jerseys are auctioned off and will be available after the game. The jerseys are player-worn and autographed. Jerseys can be bid on through the LiveSource app or website.

KIDS RUN THE BASES: Kids Run the Bases takes place on select dates. When the game concludes, children ages 4-12 are welcome to line up at Section 104 and run the bases and will return up the steps in Section 105. Absolutely no adults are allowed on the field. Children are not allowed to wear flip flops.
KIDS ZONE: Covenant Health Park Kids Zone is located in left center field under the Yardley Flats Apartments. Covenant Health Park Kids Zone features a new playground. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

LOST AND FOUND: Lost items are held for 30 days. Guests may bring lost or found items to the Fan Assistance Booth, located behind section 110 or call (865) 286-2300 in an effort to locate missing items.

MASCOT APPEARANCES: Homer Hound is the friendliest mascot in East Tennessee! He is available to attend events and schools in our surrounding counties. All appearances are based on availability - please call or email Lindsey Archer at least one month in advance to inquire about availability.
MERCHANDISE: Official Smokies merchandise is available at the GoTeez Locker Room. The store is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Click here to shop online!

NURSING: A perfect space for mothers who need a private area to pump or breastfeed, the family restroom is private and air conditioned. It is located behind Section 118.
NATIONAL ANTHEM: Fans looking to sing the National Anthem at a Smokies game can email Emily. Please make sure to include your full name and a video of you singing the National Anthem. All singers at Covenant Health Park must have the words memorized without the need of a phone or sheet of paper.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Covenant Health Park per Southern League rules.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit), containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Covenant Health Park.

RAINOUT POLICY: In the event that 4 ½ innings of the game are not played, the ticket may be exchanged based on the day of the rainout.
RESTROOMS: There are four men’s, four women’s, and two family restrooms located on the concourse. There are two men’s and two women’s restroom located on the Luxury Level.

SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Covenant Health Park. This includes e-cigarettes, vapors, cigarettes, and cigars.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Follow the Knoxville Smokies on X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok @smokiesbaseball.
SPECIAL EVENTS: Covenant Health Park is available to host banquets, corporate events, meetings, and so much more! For more information, email Richie.
STROLLERS: Strollers are allowed at Covenant Health Park and may be stored under guests‘ seats. Strollers may not block rows, aisles, or stairways. For your convenience, strollers can be given to any usher to be held near the First-Aid room.
SUN STUDY: According to the sun study, the sun sets behind the first baseline. All seats will be in the shade by 7 pm.

UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas are permitted inside Covenant Health Park. Please be considerate of other guests.
USHERS: Ushers are stationed at the top of most sections. If there is a problem, please find the nearest usher to assist you.

VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES: To have a birthday or special message displayed on the video board, fans can visit the Fan Assistance Booth. Each message must be paid with a credit or debit card. Messages must be purchased by the end of the first inning. Messages are usually displayed on the video board at the end of the second inning.

WATER FOUNTAINS: Water fountains are located on the concourse near Sections 105, 110, 115, and 119 at Covenant Health Park. Standard and wheelchair accessible.

Parking Information
Parking is $5 at Smokies Stadium. Please be prepared to pay $5 with your credit or debit card when you enter the parking lot. The parking attendants will then direct you to the nearest available parking spot.
Driving Directions
I-40 West: Exit off of exit 407, take a right off of the exit. Go through the first traffic light, and the parking entrance will be directly on your right.
I-40 East: Exit off of exit 407, take a left off of the exit. Go through the first two traffic lights, and the parking entrance will be directly on your right.
Piegon Forge/Sevirville/Gatlinburg: Head north on Winfield Dunn Parkway. Go straight through the traffic intersection when you approach the I-40 exits. The parking entrance will be on your right at Line Drive.
